“The drive thru mic broke mid morning rush. The crew working had one worker stand next to the drive thru sign on her cell phone and call the orders into the store, They didn't miss a beat. Love the adaptation while laughing and keeping a positive attitude about it. Kudos to the crew at Dunkin this morning!“
“Pretty good Dunkin service-wise but the drive-thru layout and curbs are like level 100 difficulty setting with that super tight 90° squared off turn. I'm not sure who designed and signed off on this but they must own stock in a tire store franchise.“

“Haven’t been to this Wallmart in a long time. It was a nice change to see a Dunkin while shopping.
The young lady working the store was quick making our drinks, even with the line she was cool, calm and collected. It’s nice to find a Dunkin where the employees can make the drinks correctly! Pleasant surprise!“
“I know this line can be unruly sometimes , and I haven't had my beloved pistachio or cookie dough iced coffee in too long settling for other flavors, but I have had a rough morning and the smile on the regular staff member this morning, she knew who was I was and just her energy turned my start around, it hasn't been the first time the staff here has been super kind and giving good vibes. “Large blobs of frosting dragging their weight across a tile floor with out stretched dough. I am lost in wonder as sausage grease drips from the ceiling. Sinking into a pool of coffee and cream I settle in to trip on a super dose of caffeine and sugar.“
“My experience was wonderful on my visit 10/14/25. My b'fast egg sandwich was prepared nicely, tasted fresh nd was hot. One employee whose name I 4get was kind 2me after I left out an added cost ingredient for my iced coffee. Albeit, that's good customer service. Of particular note as I was happy to add to my initial, I encountered superior customer friendly service via Monica who was gracious enough to reach for a specific muffin I had eyes on. Thus, it appears all around that customer service here is held in high value. Greatly appreciated.“
