“Pretty good Dunkin . Ordered breakfast to go and everything tasted fresh. The staff was nice and the place was clean. It got a bit busy, so the wait was a little longer than usual, but overall it was a good experience. Would come back again.“

Went here to order two hot mocha lattes, service was wonderful, coffee was much better than the other store at N Geddes and W Genesee street and we were treated with respect and kindness, much better than the store where the other Dunkin' that has Diane as the manager ever did. His customer service was honestly refreshing — he was super attentive, upbeat, and genuinely eager to help, which you don’t always see in fast-food spots. He took my order with such a positive attitude that it made my whole morning. Dunkin’ needs more employees like him!“

“This by far is the best Dunkin I have ever been too. Fast service, great atmosphere! Everyone here seems to enjoy their job which is hard to find now a days. They deserve a five star rating just for the way they present themselves, never seem flustered when drive thru is backed up. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for my coffee and it’s the only Dunkin that makes my coffee correct every time. The man who works the window is always happy and has a positive attitude and is a delight to see in the morning! Good job!“

“Love to walk here with my family, staff is quick and respectful. We order coffees at a touch screen kiosk and choose what options we want, then wait and watch them make it. Place is clean for a gas station and seems very popular. More food and drinks can be purchased still inside with a short walk to the Speedway counter.“

“I love my coffees from here, the line usually goes fast (drive through) sometimes they’re a lil slow but if I wanted to go inside it seems as if the doors are locked (well they literally are) so they only allow drive through orders but it looks like there’s tables and chairs inside . Is this on purpose or is this only a drive through location?“

“Quick and easy kiosk between TSA security and the planes. Basic selection of Dunkin coffee and doughnuts. Unfortunately, you can't get to it unless you've gone through security- disappointing if you arrive early and you have to wait for the main ticket counter to open. No real options for food or drinks in the main lobby at SYR.“

“Slowest location ever. You have five people in the back and your wait is always over 10 min for both food and drinks. People behind you will get their stuff before you (even when you both order hot food). Staff can be rude, etc.

Stood for 20 min after ordering to be told two different this: 1) your item is being worked on, 2) 10 min later told they were out of the product! You couldn’t tell me that BEFORE placing the order? Management apologized and blamed it on the “grumpy” new hires (her exact words). Avoid this location at all cost!!“

“The Dunkin at Syracuse's airport is cute. The workers were very kind and courteous. I received my order very quickly. The food was hot and donut was fresh and tasty. The prices were very reasonable. I just wish Diet Coke was available over the Diet Pepsi, but at least the Diet Pepsi was cold and tasted well. I will definitely stop there if I'm ever in Syracuse again.“

“Went here on my lunch break and it was very busy so there was a bit of a wait but that’s because there were only two workers inside and all though they were short staffed and very packed they had GREAT customer service and my food was great , drinks were great and made correctly, definitely a 10/10!“

“soo it was like really badd, the people were yelling at me and harassing me for being disablesd, i have a rare cancer in my left testicle that makes it hard to walk and paralyzes my legas and my right arm, and people were being extremily rude and they let armidillos chew through my cast, it kinda sucked dude, other than that i loved the food and the free gum samples under the tables UwU“
