“one of the few dunkins without a drive through. which is why i considered working therefunny story about that actually. so i applied online and then i was contacted for an interview and when i came in they said that i was hired and they gave me the uniform and name tag and all that. i came in for my shift two weeks later and basically (it's too complicated to fully explain) they forgot to finish hiring me.i was told the process was being completed and that i'd be paid for the one day i was working (i wasn't) and to finish the shift and whatnot. so i finished the shift, wasn't contacted again, and still have the uniform.i'm not mad at the employees or dunkin. i'm mad that corporations can get so large that employees are like ants and even where it should be easier (no drive through), employees are still being overworked and dehumanized“
“I run on Dunkin and I love their coffee! The service is always excellent here and the fact I use the app and order ahead so when I get here I just pick it up and go. I definitely would recommend Dunkin to anybody who loves coffee and fun seasonal snacks and drinks!“
“As a nurse I’ve been to hundreds of Dunkin’s and I have never had a better experience since making this my regular before work spot. The staff are absolutely incredible and so genuinely personable and kind it’s amazing. My drink always being made perfectly and the positive attitude are often the only things that get me through a rough shift. I wish there was a better way to recognize my favorite Dunkin peoples but I hope whoever reads these gives those who work the closing shift here a shoutout!“
“The drive thru at the north Salina location is extremely fast. One inside destiny not so much. The cookie butter doughnut taste like mint toothpaste. But the app is getting better by finally starting to give out more rewards which will help boost sales and make me go more. Love their frozen coffees ?.“
“Good for what it is. It's a Dunkin - You're not going to get chef quality food or amazing service. That said, I always get my food very quickly, and there is rarely a line. Food is always hot and has never been stale or unfit to eat. They do have a problem with certain machines being down or broken sometimes, which can be annoying. Coffee with creamer is not particularly hot, even when they have just brewed a fresh pot. If you want a drive-thru meal that's fast and hot, you should go here. It's healthier food than the Burger King next to it -- I like to get the egg and cheese wake up wraps, egg and cheese croissant, or bagel minis.“
“Headed to the Syracuse Airport we were looking for a good coffee shop and found Kubal. Friendly staff, locally roasted coffee and a nice cozy dining area. My wife and I both enjoyed their Cappuccino plus I had a really tasty Jalapeño Bagel with Cream Cheese. Good spot for coffee lovers.“
“I love that they have a separate line for mobile orders and I can skip the line.A year later from my original review just want to say you guys rock with the mobile app. I could be around the corner before I press submit and by the time I pull up it's always ready. Thank you so much!“
“They do their best. Service is super slow but extremely polite. I’ll take professional behavior over efficiency. That’s fine. Two minor problems that occur repeatedly:1- They put the food upside down in the bags then dump a giant handful of napkins on top.For example: your sandwich will be loose at the bottom of the bag, then the wrapping atop it like a random leaf fallen from a tree, and then the upper two-thirds of the bag will be full of napkins. This means if you get a donut and a savory item, you get two separate bags full of napkins covered in icing/grease/powdered sugar/melted cheese/etc. It would be much more convenient if the food were placed in the bags right side up so that the wrapping were under and around the food item. This way the food is not loose in the bottom of the bag and the food is covered so it stays together. As well, two or three napkins is plenty. It might even save some money if every customer wasn’t give massive handfuls of greasy napkins to unpack.2- The atmosphere of the dining areas is rather hostile. There are many computer printouts in all capital letters that announce extremely specific things that are forbidden. Not corporate decor. These announcements are homemade angry printouts taped everywhere. There’s no place to sit that does not have a harsh vibe shouting from a printout. It would be very nice if the signs were replaced with polite, non-threatening, mellow signs typed in normal writing style. Such as “Please be aware ___. Thank you.” Just capitalize the first letter of the sentence and use polite conversational tone. As well, maybe prune the signs down to two or three really really important comments, rather than every pet peeve taped to every surface.Nobody wants to be inundated with angry, all-caps hostility first thing in the morning. A welcoming, calm vibe would be so appreciated.“
“It's an interesting experience to say the least.but it has some of the best people and great customer service. You'll be pleased to know that the drive-through time is exceptionally short and very accessible. Coffee is fresh and hot but we all makes mistakes it happens it's a very clean and nice place to get a coffee on your way to work or whenever I definitely recommend this Dunkin!“
“I had just been refused service at the Dunkin' Donuts at the corner of Exeter and Thompson road in Syracuse, NY. Just for asking for their grilled cheese with pesto to be put on a bagle and add an egg....since they were out of their bread. Then when i tried to change my order to something they had i was refused service completely. However, this is where this lovely location, across from Dennys on Thompson rd, saved the day. Not only did they have the right bread in stock they also filled my order in a chipper and cheerful manner. They will now be the ONLY Dunkin' Donuts i will EVER go to on Thompson Rd in Syracuse, NY EVER AGAIN.Tomato pesto grilled cheese makes a delicious breakfast when an egg is added.“
“Great service and helpful workers. I've had a good experience almost every time I've gone here. Just recently, I didn't really like the way my drink tasted, and the worker was more than helpful and offered to make me a new one which was so sweet!“
“When we were on a budget looking for a good pick me up, my family went here and we're happy to see a clean location and friendly faces. We ordered our food and got taken care of by a very friendly cashier. She helped us with our donuts right away, very friendly. As I added on a last minute item, it was no issue. She was more than happy to add it on for me, no fuss. We then waited for my last minute breakfast sandwich and before we got to the line, our drinks were ready, very fast and on the spot. Very delicious btw and not even 1 minute of waiting and my fresh and warm sandwich was ready. Needless to say we were very pleased and we dined in and enjoyed the whole thing.“
“This was my morning go to place while on vacation, our hotel was close by.The place was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. Drinks were good.If you're lactose intolerant, they have other options, I only wish they had lactose free milk... they have oat, almond, and coconut milk. They also have a good selection of sugar-free flavors for your coffee. I gave up my Starbucks for Dunkin while on vacation (I never thought I'd cheat on Starbucks, lol). So, from now on, whenever I'm in the States, I will have my coffee at Dunkin.“
“I would have given a 5-star rating, but the last time I visited, there were no donuts on the shelves and the lights were off on the shelves. I have never seen that at a Dunkin' Donuts before in my life. However, on the plus side, I ordered two orders of Snackin' Bacon. Rather than tell me they were out of the product and to order something else, they told me they had run out (of the pre-made stuff) so they pulled out some fresh black pepper bacon and prepared it on the spot. It took a little longer, but damn that stuff is good! Well worth the wait! Not many places these days would bother to go the extra mile, so--THAT WAS WAY COOL!“
“decent. i come here very often (once to twice a week) because its less then a mile from me. and usually walk in or free coffee orders come out tasting like gasoline. but drive thru expensive orders come out good! wouldnt recommend. honestly just make it at home or goto another one. theyre ghetto. (food is tiny never get dunkin food)“
“The ladies and gents here always help me start my mornings off on the right foot. They are always super easy to deal with and they're ALWAYS smiling. I've enjoyed every single interaction with the staff and I couldn't ask for a better team to help me fuel my day with good vibes and good coffee . Keep up the great work guys!!! See y'all tomorrow -Michael“
“The young gentleman who took my order and helped me in the was Extra refreshing!!! N the text book experience for how great customer service is supposed to be! He was very helpful and the other young man behind him working. The only part that didn't give 5/5/5 *'s was there was so much food they were out of. This worker made up 10fold ! He kept me customize my frozen coffee into the new Valentine's Day special drink with shot of espresso! With absolutely NO ATTITUDE INVOLVED! I can be a real pain In the A*$. Most times. He was able to do with a smile on his face and patience like I've never seen. I didn't feel like I was "BOTHERING" him! It's people like this man in the the food/customer service/retail business etc that should be recognized and rewarded for their efforts and giving 150% every day to make a customers' day and personal experience a little better!Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids and a little treat to treat them and the parent“
“The Dunkin at Syracuse's airport is cute. The workers were very kind and courteous. I received my order very quickly. The food was hot and donut was fresh and tasty. The prices were very reasonable. I just wish Diet Coke was available over the Diet Pepsi, but at least the Diet Pepsi was cold and tasted well. I will definitely stop there if I'm ever in Syracuse again.“
“Good place to stop for donuts after hockey practice. My son looks forward to it! Donuts are $1.50 ea. Really good tasting donuts for a chain. Coffee is good, too -- I sometimes splurge & get the (low ice) iced Macchiato. Staff is always wonderful. Location is OK as it's too close to a major T-intersection(easy from one direction to get in/out; harder from the other).“
“I used the dunkin app to order before i went inside. Coffee was done quickly and to order. The only slightly strange thing was the person placing the drink in the pickup area did not call out the names on the order. So if you were waiting for an order you had to check when a new cup was placed in the pickup area. Not a big deal but slightly annoying.“
