“Dublin Donuts is crazy efficient. I couldn’t even tell where my drink came from—it just appeared like magic. Lightning-fast service without sacrificing quality. The staff were friendly and kept everything running smoothly.
What really stood out: the bathrooms. Super clean, modern, and I felt completely comfortable and safe using them, which you don’t always get at a coffee shop.
They also accept Apple Pay, which made checkout seamless. No fumbling for cards or cash—just tapped and done.
Can’t recommend this place enough if you want great coffee and an experience that’s fast, clean, and easy.“
“It's very busy here and I prefer to use the drive thru which is very quick. I don't like going inside where it's small and very packed to the point where you can be standing at the counter for awhile before someone actually notices you. I think they prefer for you to actually use the kiosks that they have set up everywhere and not the actual service counter because no one is in a rush to serve you at the counter and I learned that pretty fast and that's why I will always go through the drive thru cause the wait inside can be pretty long..“
“Kudos to Robert for going over and beyond to help me today with a situation that didn’t even happen in his location, but when I called him, he took such a genuine care and concern for what I had went through that I had no other choice, but to give him a compliment if I could do something even bigger than this, I would love to But I also have a son who is in the customer service food industry, and I would love nothing more than for him to treat a customer the way Robert treated me tonight. What’s going on at the Mulberry location is disgusting and criminal and when I couldn’t get anywhere dealing with their management, who I guess was Courtney at least she said that was her name. She was as unprofessional as it gets when I asked for the number for her manager and the name. She told me that I couldn’t have that information , and when I contacted Robert, he had no hesitation with making sure that I got the numbers I needed in order to contact the upper management to let them know about the criminal disgusting acts that are being done at that location“
“My daily stop headed into work. I place my order ahead for pickup and it's always ready to go when I get there busy or not. This location is a very high travelled area so if you are going in to order at the counter expect to wait. I would recommend the on the go order in the app to pick up your items quickly. The drive thru is always wrapped around so be prepared to wait a little. Staff is great, they always take care of me and my order is always made very well . This is one of my favorite locations to go to.“
“When I went here one day, me and my mom were first going somewhere, but we had to stop here, I got a drink and 1 Blueberry Donut, the most nicest thing happened, so when this girl, she was chill and nice! Took my order, she forgot my donut, so I did remind her, when she got it, she did apologize, her name was Ciera.

“Love this place but would you guy please for the love of god stop training your employees to put the whip, caramel, and cinnamon sugar on the lid?! It’s a hot Carmel craze latte. I pay extra for the Caramel whip and cinnamon so I can taste it when I’m sipping the latte. If the sugar and caramel is on top of the whip in the lid and you put the lid onto the coffee then it’s going into the coffee and not right on top like it should be. It’s the dumbest thing your employees have been doing at literally every location. Drives me nuts. And whenever I say “hey could you put the whip on the coffee instead of the lid?” I always get dirty looks. Lame. Spending 5$ on a small hot latte should be able to get it the way it’s supposed to come. Thanks.“
