“Came here for coffee on lunch break and it was phenomenal. Amazing selection of flavors and the baristas are great at their jobs (as a ex barista). Very nice atmosphere and quick service not at the expense of quality coffee. Also loved the music choice.“

“I always place a mobile order for walk in. Today that wasn’t an option and upon showing up the drive thru was out the road and not moving. After sitting for awhile I decided to walk in to check on my order since it had already been 15 minutes since I placed my order. Upon entering they were clearly severely short staffed for a Sunday morning but a young lady asked how we could be helped and I explained the situation and she got right on making our drinks. I was super appreciate of her positive attitude even while working during a busy stressful time. Every-time I’m there the employees are friendly and helpful!
I think any negative reviews are actually for the other location. Because I’ve never had an issue at the west main location.“

“I went in the evening, & bought a large hot Mocha Latte. It tasted good, but not great. Let me say it was most definitely not bad at all either. The Mocha was not very strong, & that's what threw it off. I've had much better one's at the Tim Hortons closer to where I live in City of Batavia. I would obviously be going again. The guy who made it was respectful, & he was also the only one inside. Apparently the other employee thought it was very important to have a cheerful conversation with two other people outside than inside where she works. A 5 star because of the respectfulness that came from the one who made the Mocha Latte, & the next time may also be different.“

“Can't get enough of my Tim Hortons. Today I tried the foam bubble tea cold brew strawberry cold brew. Definitely not recommended. I think I took one step and I was good I'll stick with my regular coffee from now on no sugar for me.“

“Went to the Burnin' Barrel BBQ (Homestretch Grill) at Batavia Downs with Dad and Mom. Tried the Half-rack of Smoked Ribs while my parents had the Pulled Piggy (no bun) & onion strings. Absolutely delicious. Portions were generous and the BBQ sauce was amazing! Very beautiful mural in the dining area too!“

“The girl who was working the pay here window on Easter at approximately 8:30 in the morning was an absolute joy. She was very warm and inviting and had the greatest smile. It is great to see customer service like this. The manager could take tips on this !“
