“I had the best experience, this morning. First, yesterday I got drinks that weren’t sweetened, so today I told the adorable girl at the window that I want to make sure they were sweet this time. She told me they would be sweetened and that they’d cover the cost of our order, because we didn’t get good ones yesterday. Both girls at the window were so helpful. 100 percent recommended, and don’t be afraid to let them know if something is wrong with your order. 😍 thank you!“

“We go here on average twice a month. We would give this cafe 5 stars consistently. Very friendly service whether they are busy or not. My favorite dish has been the Philly cheese steak wrap. It has an awesome flavor and perfect balance of ingredients. Today I had a special - chicken salad on cranberry wheat bread. Great texture and just the right amount of dressing. Their homemade chips alone are worth coming here. Very reasonable pricing on such good food!“

“They are always working very hard on orders and I never have my order messed up.
Delegation of staffing to busy areas could stand for improvement; there's always alot of staff but they don't seem to be really helping anywhere. There are times when a pre-order is fast and convenient but lately the usual is that pre-ordering only causes you to wait longer, much much longer. On the times I have decided to just order from the storefront line I have had to wait so long just for someone to look up long enough to ask if they are even serving storefront because the whole line was waiting just to even be acknowledged. I think most customers have figured out that if you actually want to get service you have to go through the drive thru because that seems to be only real focus. In order to get many online offers you still have to place a mobile pre-order though or you don't get the discount offer...
Everything is always tasty once you do receive it. I will keep going but I have limited my visits to maybe 1x weekly or less due to this.“

“I love this McDonald's! It's the best in the area! Well above the Elmira location, and the Big Flats location. They will fix anything wrong without an attitude. Unless of course, the customer is being rude or disrespectful. Then the managers do their jobs, & ask them to leave.“
