We placed our order online and it was ready for pick up by the time we got there. Everything was prepared as requested and our order was still hot by the time was arrived home and truly delicious. No complaints -highest rating.

New Lake View has friendly new employees who have made noticeable improvements to the restaurant's cleanliness and ambiance. However, the chicken pad thai and shrimp pad thai were not as flavorful as the previous owner's recipe, and the new crab Rangoon was dominated by the taste of green onion. The chicken and noodles were described as bland, tasting like boiled food. Adding seasonings and sauce improved the taste, particularly the phenomenal general tsoas sauce. The service and general tsoas sauce were highlights of the dining experience. Despite some disappointments, the diners expressed interest in trying other dishes on the menu in the future.
