The drive thru set up is not ideal. It is very easy to pull into the nearby Wendy's drive thru by mistake. Otherwise it's everything good I've come to expect from Tim's.

Older lady that makes the bagels is so extremely rude to every customer that goes over her everyday to collect their food. I hear her everyday complaining about the customers and her fellow co workers. Everyone else there is very friendly. The lady that makes the bagels is just so nasty.
