“My experience at this Dunkin Donuts is always positive and professional! In all the times I've gone here to grab breakfast there was always a cashier to take my order and the food never took long, always fresh and tastes great. Great customer service, you won't be disappointed. My only suggestion for this location would be that there needs to be a drive thru option which would be a lot more convenient for drivers, but I see that with the type of building this is it probably isn't possible.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian menu options and you can even customize your favorite orders to not include meat. The hash browns are one of the best!

Dietary restrictions: They have coconut milk and almond milk for drinks that may include milk, in case a customer is lactose intolerant or does not want to drink cow milk.

Parking: The parking at the front of the Dunkin Donuts is limited, however there is more parking at the nearby supermarket nextdoor.“

“This place is a hidden gem/slice of heaven. The pastries are made fresh daily and are light and really perfectly balanced. They come with great flavors that you don't commonly find like cardamom. It was very hard to decide but I went with a pistachio option for pastry/doughnut. I also ordered a cappuccino and added one of their cafe-made flavors: s'mores. They offer others but this was especially good and again, not overly sweet. They really got it right. Dean and Co are very friendly & courteous. If you're close by, make this a part of your morning routine!

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“Visited this establishment recently. service was okay. this blonde girl with glasses was asking if i had seen her duck. i was slightly concerned for her wellbeing, as she showed me a picture of the duck and it was rubber. i said i haven’t seen it. there was also a beautiful lady twerking behind the counter. i asked if i could have the ice spice drink, and she told me they don’t have it anymore. i cried when i went home. drink and food was great. this was a disturbing visit. i loved it. i’m never coming back here.“

The only downside to this location is that it is very hard to get in and out of the small plaza that it sits in. The street is normally very busy with traffic, and it can be hard to pull in and out. Also, the parking lot is small and is very limited.“

“The newly renovated DD is now open. The new look is sleek and modern. I did go late in the afternoon/early evening. But to my surprise, they had my Bavarian Cream donut (hard to find) so I was happy. I ordered Peppermint Mocha coffee, which was good, but had quite a bit of coffee grinds at the end in the bottom of my cup. This is still one of my favorite quick stops in the morning. As I approached, I noticed that the drive-thru lane was packed, extending all the way to the entrance of the street. However, despite the initial concern, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the line; it kept moving smoothly, and more people quickly filled in behind me.When it was finally my turn to order, I requested a large hot black coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The employee attending to the drive-thru window was exceptionally quick in taking my order, which helped move the line along efficiently. I was impressed by how swiftly he managed to handle each customer despite the overwhelming rush.Upon pulling up to the window to pay, the same gentleman took my payment and, to my astonishment, immediately handed me my food and coffee. The speed of service was unparalleled in my experience at any other fast-food establishment. Despite the bustling atmosphere and the constant stream of customers, I received my order in record time.Overall, I left Dunkin' Donuts feeling highly satisfied with my visit. “Concerning Dunkin Donuts-- and I am a big -time customer of this franchise-- I can say that the place is one of the cleanest Dunkin's that I have visited... and that also applies to their restrooms. This place has 2 of them , and they are kept very clean and well stocked. That means a lot to me. You can tell how much regard a place has for it's customers by how well they maintain their restrooms( if they have one.)

The people who served us were polite and kind and the place was clean. My mother claimed the bathroom was in impeccable shape. I also thought mine was clean as well. We spent at least 45 minutes and the experience was wonderful. Hats off to this owner and the staff.“
