My recent experience with Food Chow City left much to be desired. I ordered vegetable lo mein for delivery, only to find chicken pieces in it upon arrival (see attached photo). Understandably, I called to resolve the issue, hoping for a simple solution like previous experiences. Cleanest Chinese takeout joint i've ever been too - almost spotless inside.Food has great flavor, always arrives hot, egg rolls and spring rolls have good crisp. Fair portion sizes.Very friendly owners and staff.Not sure why this place always gets a bad wrap. I have never had any issues.(Chicken broccoli combo and spring rolls pictured)

My husband and I have ordered here for years..especially loving the crab ragoon... last 2 times we got empty shells! What's up with that????
