My husband and I have ordered here for years..especially loving the crab ragoon... last 2 times we got empty shells! What's up with that????

First visit with my wife and we left happy. I'd seen a recent review mentioning a substitution mix-up on the egg roll, so I flagged it upfront when I ordered — Nicole, who took our order, was already aware of the incident and handled it with complete professionalism. No mix-up on our end whatsoever.
