We've stayed at this hotel time and time again, given it's proximity to family and Downtown. The staff are friendly, the amenities are great and location can't be beat. The hotel also has a full bar, restaurant and water park on site. The rooms are dated. The decor is dated. However, I found the room to be clean.
Location wise, great central to Oswego. The hotel for the most part is clean. There is free breakfast included with your stay. I find it annoying that on certain booking sites, there is a picture of a pool and the gym. Only to find out that they have no pool or gym but you need to walk across to the Best Western for a workout. Apparently they have a "water park" connected to the hotel which is mostly for kids. Very nice and caring workers. When you need more towels, shampoo or anything, they have it right there for you and they do not hesitate to give it to you. They answered all my questions that I have had so far so nice and politely, and they are straightforward with there answer. The most cleanest well maintenance unlike other hotels I have been at.
