While it was busy, I waited almost 40 minutes to get a latte. People who came in and ordered after me were served before me. Door dash orders were prioritized before my order. This is unacceptable. I would not patronize this place again based on my experience today.
Absolutely love this place. Always greeted with a smile. The customer service is just as phenomenal as the coffee they serve. I have to drive out of my way to get coffee from here, unless I’m already in Oswego, which isn’t super often. But there’s been times I make the drive just for the coffee, like I did this very morning! I do wish I could get coffee throughout the week from Riverwalk and that Fulton had a coffee shop just like this, because it really is the best. Definitely...read full review
