“Okay Soo I wasn't sure at first..but when I got in and saw the food I thought just a typical food place... But OMG ? the food is really good and it's fresh I had meatballs and chicken with rice and when I bite in it...hmm it like melted Soo good they had fresh salad which was also really good...all in all this place just needs more love but the food man I ate 2 times yesterday... That's how good it was. Who knows I might go back for tha 3rd time...“

Although there are places like Brownies Cafe which serve fantastic sandwiches or the food trucks along Broadway, Ferris is an undergrad staple (esp since you can take food out on the disposable plates and take cups, bananas, and other things on the dl). “Soldiers is getting bad, I'm not sure if they changed the chef but I waited all week to get the stew peas and rice which had no seasoning, none, not even salt and pepper in when I call to inform the Of this error they had attitude think I was going to move my car and come back for a refund (which is what they hope for) 2nd Saturday morning 9am I buy food because I don't want stale food 2nd time the fried dumpling are drenched in cold oil and and then breakfast cold Not sure what you want to do but but uncooked hard meat is killing black folks and not listening isnt working neither.“

“I have breakfast, lunch and dinner multiple times a week (I work down the road) here and the food has always been delicious, the service has always been great, and the pricing is reasonable.
It's definitely one of my favourite places to go as there's a great selection to choose from, from the deli to the buffet bar, pre packaged cold sandwiches, salads and all sorts of muffins, parfaits, danishes and a decent selection for drinks.
It's definitely a place I would recommend and have for decent priced good food and a friendly clean environment to eat at.“

“Went here for my first time a week ago and let me say from the wonderful ladies at the counter to the cleanliness amazing … especially for being in the Bronx . I love the multiple options to pay for your food iykyk . And if you want to let your pallet travel to a few different places all on one plate this is the place to go ! They weigh the food and we had two full plates plus a crab salad and a plate with fruit …. All in all my tab was about 42.00 which in my opinion is great. It’s now 6 am and the fat girl inside of me is about to go up there and see what is on the menu today ❤️🙏🏾“

“Incredible acai bowls, so fresh and full of flavour! I came here twice on my visit to NYC and loved it both times. They do good coffee and the muffins were tasty too!
They had cake slices and a buffet but I never tried those & im not sure how the system works so maybe more signposts would be good?
But i cant fault my experience, would definitely recommend!“

“For $26 on Sunday evening there're choice of different mussels and shells raw and cooked, shrimps, calamari, artichoke. two types of sea weeds.

Sushi and rolls are with min rice and max filling.
There is no baked ocean fish.
Raw fruits are only oranges and melons.
And could be a fight for crabs.“

They have lunch options on the weekends too, which is amazing.
Like $25/person for lunch menu and around $30/person for dinner menu.
You can just get up and grab whatever meats you want, there's a Chinese buffet of cooked foods as well. Soups, some veggies options, desserts like rice pudding and ice cream cups.
The grill is a bit small but absolutely banger place if you want to just eat kbbq. No wait time for the staff to bring you meats and the staff help you use every inch of the grill for most cooking possible.
Super nice people and a steal of a price by every means. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of walking room between tables.
The only thing I can think of is how the grill makes a lot of heat under the table so your legs get a bit toasty.
For me this place is an easy 10/10 would definitely come back again“
