Desperately slow.
my favorite mcdonalds!! the staff are always so sweet and easy to get along with. i feel at ease when ordering and i know if theres a mistake, i can easily get it fixed!!

McDonald's serves great food, although there can be inconsistencies. The cheeseburger buns might be a bit tough at times, and the drive-thru can get backed up. However, the friendly staff makes up for it and provides some of the best customer service. The staff takes pride in their restaurant, keeping the store clean between customers. While mistakes with orders can happen, the Palatine Bridge location stands out for getting special requests right, like the Steak breakfast sandwich meal on a biscuit. Overall, McDonald's usually has fresh food, and their display of new items is impressive. The food is hot and absolutely delicious, especially when the staff is slammed but works hard to get meals exactly as ordered.
