Cloud Nine Ice Cream & Cereal Bar - Patchogue

Whenever I would go in there, the staff was very friendly however, the prices are just not worth it for what you’re getting. $10 for ice cream with cereal crushed in it? No thanks. It does taste very good but I’m not willing to pay that much. Even with inflation no one should have to spend $10 on one serving of ice cream. Owner seems like a nice guy unfortunately you may as well stop at your local carvel / 7-11 employees and ice cream suck. A better option is Milkyways Ice-cream and Cereal bar in Huntington Village.

The staff acted like they hated their job when my friends and i went here last night. Been here several times with always the same complaints so figured i would write a review. I got a milkshake, which was good, except i could barely drink it. You need a wider milkshake straw for milkshakes, not a thin bendy straw. I couldn't suck anything up.
