“Delicious coffee, food and atmosphere! My husband and I were camping out at Letchworth and were intrigued. We are SO glad we stopped! The staff were so pleasant, personable and nice! The maple spice is out of this world and the sausage in our paninis and sandwich were really tasty…so much in fact, we had stop back in on our way home. They remembered us from earlier in the week and wished us a happy anniversary once again and wished us safe travels…super sweet! Def will be dropping back in once we are in the area again!!!“

“Many, many, many on line complaints. This place COULD be an asset to our town. Unfortunately when staff is consistently rude (not so at Geneseo, Batavia, or East Aurora). One can only surmise that in Warsaw employees are not trained. That would be the owner/manager’s fault. One might well guess that he/she doesn’t know how to smile, be welcoming or accommodating either. So how are these neophytes to learn appropriate customer service without guidance of expectations!? I’m not the only customer, that’s more often than not choosing elsewhere for my two coffees per day habit. Warsaw’s loss. Blah food. Reasonably good coffee. Couldn’t care less, dour faced, charmless staff that’s not interested in recognizing they are so important to success, theirs and the business they’ve chosen to work for.“
