“I recently discovered Benny's and a bit depressed I was late to the game. A great sandwich shop. To date I have had the Chilii Turkey, Thai Fried Chicken, and the Chimi Chimi Roast Beef. All are excellent. The Thai Fried Chicken would be best when you can sit down and enjoy it. Cool chip selection and beverages. Counter folks are super friendly as well. Sandwiches are like $15 but are built to share. Great place I will frequently visit now.”

“Sammy the floor manger was a great host! Had the chicken tiki masala and it was very tender. He gave my friend and I a complimentary dessert to try I don’t remember the name but it was like a fried donut munchkin. He told us on the weekend they do buffet style, looking forward to going back.”

“Noticed the truck over by bear mountain and decided to stop for an empanada! I was pleasantly surprised!! The tequila quesadilla AND the empanada were ON POINT!! The line aioli sauce was so delicious I wish I asked for extra! The empanadas were cooked perfectly!!! Definitely recommend 5 out of 5!!”

“The Jollof rice was rich, flavorful, and perfectly complemented by a tasty, well-balanced sauce. The branzino was cooked to perfection. The fish was tender, moist, and seasoned beautifully. The sweet plantains added just the right touch of balance to the plate. It was easily one of the best meals I’ve had this year. I also tried Ofori’s jerk chicken, and it was just as memorable. You can truly taste that the food is made with love!”

“My friend and I were really hungry after a long hike and were looking for a simple place with quality and affordable food. This restaurant was exactly what we were looking for. The servers were very friendly, the food was delicious and inexpensive. Just a heads up, they don't have a liquor license. Definitely give this place a try!”

“I have been going here for years. I wanted to make sure I told everyone this is possibly one of the best places to get a meal and feel like you belong. The food is a classic American Diner but the food, Atmosphere and staff make you feel like your home. Some diners almost rush you out. Here they let you enjoy your food. Take a moment and get a burger or an omelette. You will not be sorry.”

“I meant to leave a review the first I ate here, but forgot. Well, my white pizza was so good, I had to return for more. Customer service was great both times. The first time I walked in and the second time I called it in. I was very please with the phone order because the young man on the phone told me how much my order was if I was paying in cash or card (up charge for card). And the first time I went the person behind the counter had a conversation with me that I enjoyed. I will be back.”

“After going to Bear Mt zoo we were hungry and decided to stop at Tiffany’s Cafe. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious! We all got something different and we all cleaned our plates clean! When we come back to the area again for hiking we would definitely stop by here again.”

“I visited this place about 6 times in three weeks. They have a variety of flavors and the staff always was welcoming. I would recommend the mango, raspberry and berry mix. The lines dont stay packed for too long. The staff is speedy yet efficient with cashing orders.”

“I was on and out of town visit when I dropped by the store. The sandwich I usually get consists of vegetables only: spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, olives and banana peppers. Many stores act as if the spinach is just a topping rather than the base of the sandwich. This shop made the sandwich nicely. I had no complaints. They staff was also very patient while I signed into the subway app as I had forgotten my password and it took more time than usual. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.”

“always always happy with their BEC sandwiches. they only have a *tiny* amount of room for dining in, so it’s mostly/mainly a take-out/pick-up spot. food is always delicious though. if you commute or have a train trip or whatever then it makes way more sense to get food from here vs. the other nearby options (there’s a whole entire restaurant/bar at the actual old Peekskill station, but its a lil ‘foo-foo’. THIS spot which is right across the street has much better/more food options).their menu prices are very reasonable, and the food quality makes it totally worth it.”

Rice & peas + the stewed cabbage were also cooked well and tasty. Large portion will easily feed two people for a reasonable price. The older gentleman was lovely and provided great customer service. Really want to try the jerk pork next time!”

“I have been coming to this store/deli for about 5 years or so. Not really sure but for a long time. Their service is great, nice people. A couple times they messed up my sandwhich and didn’t put tomato but out of all the other times from ordering, I must say they make the best sandwiches made in the City of Peekskill! Good prices and fresh bread. I highly recommend.😊💯👌👏”

“This place is really great for an impossibly cheap and delicious meal. It’s half market, half eatery. My wife is from Peru and got to experience Ecuadorian food for the first time here and she loved it. I’ve been to Ecuador before and I can say that this is pretty delicious and authentic food. Definitely check this place out when in Peekskill.”

“I had to come here and give a review after 3 days of ordering from this location. Typically, Golden krust Food is usually very generic. However, I am doing construction 🚧 in the area and came across this location. Let me tell you! As a person who cooks, their food is the best from all the Golden Krust I've eaten from over the years. Customer service was good! Got greeted with a smile and a very pleasant experience. The food was very succulent. I had the goat, stew chicken, stew peas and mek mi tell yuh! Everything shot.
