I've been a loyal customer at this location since it opened, never encountering any issues. Today, things took an unexpected turn. I simply requested extra rice, a common practice at Chipotle. To my surprise, the associate told me it would cost extra. The young lady who cashed was very patient cause I was unsure what I wanted and kept changing my mind, I appreciate her and the service. The place/atmosphere was clean, spacious and nice. Kudos

Best experience on 11/5/23 at 6:44pm. The (lady) manager on site was great. I waited for the sneak because the sneak was finished. But the manager came back after the sneak was ready and took my order with a smile and gave it to me for free.
