It was obvious the staff was short and I just wanted to compliment the two employees that were present for trying and doing their best. great service great food! I know it’s hard times guys!
I would give a lower score but not able to. Everything that should be warm when serving burritos and nachos were ice cold. No friendliness. Horrible experience. Never again will I waste $30 at your establishments!!

While the restaurant's wheelchair accessibility could be improved with the addition of door-opening buttons, the staff is making an effort to provide great service and food despite being short-staffed. The Penfield location has undergone significant improvements in cleanliness, food freshness, and staff friendliness, making it a new favorite spot for many customers.
