Very positive experience. The woman who served the food was awesome and extremely considerate and explained all the options. Customer Service is her strength!Wheelchair accessibility: I think your establishment needs buttons to help people in wheelchairs or people who are not very strong to be able to open the doors. The doors also slam shut so they may need to be re-calibrated.
There was a time, not long ago, that my family and I wouldn't even step foot in the Penfield Moe's location because the restaurant was filthy dirty, food was not fresh, and the staff was unpleasant, but in recent months, the Penfield location has made drastic improvements. The restaurant is much cleaner, the food is fresh and usually well stocked and the staff members are very friendly and personable. This is our new favorite location and we now come here regularly. It was obvious the staff was short and I just wanted to compliment the two employees that were present for trying and doing their best. great service great food! I know it’s hard times guys!
