It was obvious the staff was short and I just wanted to compliment the two employees that were present for trying and doing their best. great service great food! I know it’s hard times guys!
We love this location! Alan does a nice job making the food quick and with generous portions. Jayden is amazing: Always accommodating, kind to every customer and does the job with a friendly attitude. Even my two year old says “Jayden is so nice!” Moe’s has delicious food and the BEST deals.

Moe's Southwest Grill offers a very positive dining experience. The staff is friendly and considerate, with one employee standing out for exceptional customer service. While the restaurant's wheelchair accessibility could be improved with the addition of door-opening buttons, the staff is making an effort to provide great service and food despite being short-staffed. The Penfield location has undergone significant improvements in cleanliness, food freshness, and staff friendliness, making it a new favorite spot for many customers.
