Why is this location always out of bread for a side? And won’t substitute any other bread? Who wants to eat tomato soup with chips? They should offer other bread! Ridiculous for the prices!
The chicken within my chicken frontega was raw. Upon calling to notify them of this issue, we were met with, “the chicken is smoked and that is why it appears raw. It is not actually raw”. Well Panera, as an owner of a barbecue, this chicken appears raw and tastes raw because it is not fully cooked. Not because it is smoked.
Your lack of listening skills and problem solving was on point. Your lack of salvaging a family of customers was on display.
I recommend Panera in general but definitely not the Penfield Location.
I am currently waiting for a smoothie & I hear them talking about how they shouldn’t have to clean out their blender after making a mango smoothie. I am deathly allergic to mango and the way they are talking about it absolutely horrible.
Like yes I want that cleaned out so I don’t die
