It’s been incredible to watch this family start at a farmers market and turn the business into the talk of the town with their beautiful brick and mortars. Plus they give us all a beautiful living room to enjoy the food and company of others. A perfect Hamilton success story that couldn’t have happened to better folks with the best staff making the best food! Try their bagel sandwiches, gf oatmeal cookie and I love the iced or hot chai latte depending on the time of year. “Three pines was a lovely little bar restaurant. The front was the typical bar feel while the back was the restaurant. It is a simple menu so it is easy to pick what you want. The staff was amazing in every way. The food was delicious and I would recommend especially if you are passing through the area.

Parking: There was plenty of parking on the street but some people might be turned off by street parking. There was a public lot a little down the way though so it appears there are options. We went around 2pm on a friday and there were a lot of spots i'm unsure how parking is other times during the day and week.”

The owner, Katie, talked to us about all the beer they had as well as taking the time to talk about the history and how they got started. “I have seen the sign for this place a couple times and wanted to stop in and see for myself how authentically Mexican the food was. Today I had time and I was pleased. The place is clean, the service was efficient and the portions were more than acceptable. If I were going to offer any recommendations it would be to ask directly for the side of salsa I saw in the display case (I forgot to ask) because although the covered burrito was tasty, it seemed more like a marinara than a chili 🌶️ sauce on top and not the kind of spicy I would associate with Mexican cuisine. I’m sure adding salsa would have made a difference. I ordered the Steak Fajita Burrito and asked for no rice (it doesn’t agree with me. They obliged but doubled up on the beans which sort of overpowered the steak 🥩 which was cooked just right. I will go back and try another of the many delicious looking options and ask for salsa next time. (And maybe a little less beans. 😉”
