“Love the food but I wish the receipts showed exactly how much you are paying for what. I buy lunch there once a week and each time it's the same order but each week I'm charged differently. I don't like not having something show me what exactly I spent money on.“

“I tried the sausage creamy soup it I don't know what it's called but it was excellent! Chicken Alfredo was yummy and of course always the breadsticks are great. Hadn't eaten there in a couple years and I was not disappointed.“

“The menu selection is incredible. Something for everyone. They put it together right in front of you. And it ALL tastes so good. Absolutely love the place and super clean. The only negative comment is the unhappy staff. NO ONE EVER SMILES . I feel like I’m imposing on them. But I keep going back (for now because the food is so good). But I may try one of the other locations to see if their staff Is more welcoming .“

“I have always had exceptional service and great food at this location! Panera makes my day. The steak and white cheddar sandwich is my favorite… I also love the chicken teriyaki bowl! Bakery items are always delicious. Pepsi products for fountain soda.“

“Fantastic Chick-fil-A, especially for a travel plaza location.
Stopped here along the New York tollway and was seriously impressed. The staff were super friendly, my order came out insanely fast, and the food was fresh and actually tasted great not dry or thrown together like a lot of other fast food spots in travel plazas. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had on the road. My chicken sandwich meal and 12-count nuggets came to about $25, though I did end up getting 11 instead of 12. Still, the quality made it worth it. Definitely worth spending the extra money to get good food.“

“I’ve been a loyal customer of Independent for several years, ordering for both parties and the occasional pizza night. I’ve tried many other places in the area, but nothing compares. The team consistently goes above and beyond, especially when I call to pre-order before opening hours, they always make it work. The pizza is, without a doubt, some of the best in the area. Prices are fair and reasonable, unlike many other places, and the staff and delivery drivers are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and will continue to be a regular customer.“
