Gingersnap Bakery made a cake for an event I held at Eleven Waters at Hotel Syracuse. Ordering was easy with many choices, delivery was on time, and the cake was not only beautifully done, but it was incredibly delicious. All of my guests loved the cake. The frosting was smooth and perfectly sweet, not overly sweet, and the lemon cake was perfect and moist. I highly recommend this bakery for any special occasion.
