Chef Kelsie and the Gingersnap Bakery team are the best! Kelsie was quick to respond to our initial inquiry and set up a virtual meeting to discuss timeline, design, and cost. We showed her some Pinterest inspo pics and she drew a sketch on the spot. Then we picked out some cake and frosting flavors to sample, and she mailed them to our house (cake tasting and a movie was so fun!). She was always easy to reach and quick to respond.
