Simply Crêpes Cafe and Catering of Pittsford

We had a fabulous meal at Simply Crepes. It was super busy and taking that into consideration I'd say we made out well. The waitress was a little slow to get to us but like I mentioned it was hopping!! Food was amazing and we took our friends from out of state and they loved it. We will be back!!

We were sat in the back and forgotten. We didn't get napkins, our food was luke warm. Our waitress didn't even offer us water or ask if everything was OK. I have been here before and the service was never this bad. We had to ask for a cup of coffee multiple times. Waited to get syrup for 10 minutes. My order was brought to me missing toppings and was cold. 0/10. The waitress should try treating all her tables equally. Update: I have emailed as asked and have received no contact as of yet. it has beena entire week.

SImply Crepe swas a perfect place to celebrate my sister's birthday. My husband and I are o n a plant based diet, and good vegan options were provided. Service , variety of food, and food quality, were exceptional. I would highly recommend Simply Crepes for many occasions.

1st time there. Food was delicious. We had to remind our waitress 2x to bring condiments before we could enjoy our food. It was very warm inside and loud. Ice in our drinks melted before our drinks were consumed. There were only 4-6 tables occupied. No reason the service wasn't better. Disappointed.

This was my first time eating here and it was most definitely one of the most memorable breakfasts I've had in a long time.

Stopped in Pittsford during family vacation and really enjoyed Simply Crepes. The service was impeccable, the food was the best thing we'd each had during our trip and the atmosphere was delightful. Would most highly recommend.

Food was very good very disappointed that drove all the way from Greece to get a buffalo chicken crêpe only to find out there was no more buffalo chicken crêpe on the menu. Why not which seems absolutely ridiculous!

I had the huevos rancheros crepe and I was extremely skeptical about it but somehow this dish creeped up into one of my favorite meals I've had all my life. Will definitely come back for more I'll probably eat the huevos rancheros crepe 3 more times before I eat anything else lol

the crepes are good and the service is great but I’ve been here 3 times in the last 4 months and the soda machine is STILL broken? What well established restaurant doesn’t repair their broken soda machine??? 9/10 was still yummy

I have always loved simply crepes. A great option for our family. This was so disappointing- potatoes were not nearly as fresh. Crepes and potatoes were cold. Service was poor. It's been a bit since we've been there so I'm hoping it was an anomaly
