Craft 387 Bistro & Bar, previously Cassis, is a nice and welcoming restaurant in Plainview. The service is commendable, with attentive waitstaff, including Alexi and a helpful manager. Enjoy a cool atmosphere, delicious Eggs Benedict with avocado, and a perfect martini. The seafood salad is a must-try. Unfortunately, the restaurant will be closing its doors on Sunday.
