“Ralphie's Crossroads Cafe is one of the favorite "go-to" lunch spots for our office. You can't go wrong no matter what you choose from the menu. Standard menu favorites as well as the daily specials are all outstanding! We've been coming here for years and I have yet to be served a bad meal. “My daughter had my husbands birthday catered by Aubergine food truck we had more than 70 people and I must say their food was amazing. The service was outstanding and anyone wanting to try authentic Egyptian cooking should try the owners of Aubergine food truck. I have never had such delicious Egyptian food except for my husbands family and in Egypt.I can’t wait till they open up a business in Huntington or Melville where one can sit down and enjoy the atmosphere and hospitality of Egyptians. There is nothing negative to say everything they cook is so delicious.“

“I stopped by “That No Good Burger Joint” for lunch yesterday and extremely surprised at the customer service and the menu filled with options. I ordered a triple smash cheeseburger with the fries and washed it all down with 2 flat tires. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friend and family and would plan to go back soon. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were just right. The server was extremely attentive and made sure my and my cousin were well taken care. I would give this restaurant a 10/10 no question.“

“I ordered one day when they weren’t open and they were nice enough to accommodate me the next time I visited. I got the plant based burger w the fries and let me tell you… it was amazing! I’m veganish cause I have yet to find vegan cheese that gives me the feeling dairy cheese does lol but they gouda…*chefs kiss* I’ll be back soon to give the empanadas a try.Great people and food…definitely a vibe and worth it.“

“Pizza is great. We had pepperoni with hot honey. Definitely one of the better pizzas in the area. We went there on Saturday afternoon and we had to wait about 45 minutes for one pie. They only have 1 small oven, but there is bar so you can enjoy couple of beers while you wait. Even though the pizza is good, you don't get a lot of it for your money. We paid $30 for the pie, which is 6 small slices.“

“The brother was the best, great man great service, definitely top 2 and not 2 gyro places in Long Island. Tastes so much like Brooklyn gyro and you can’t beat that. I forgot to take a pic of my food because of how good it was I finished it in under 2 minutes 😂“

“We worked the same event yesterday and I knew right away I would be visiting them for my lunch! So amazing and the ladies were super friendly! I tried the Taco, Bacon Mac & Cheese, Philly Cheesesteak, and Banana Nutella. I Hope to see them at another event soon so I can try the other flavors (I heard the spinach artichoke is a must have!)“

“Highly recommend! Elizabeth was quick to respond to my inquiry and called to answer all of my questions. They catered my grandsons 1st birthday party. Pizzas were all amazing. Large variety served with a salad. We also had the gelato which everyone loved also. They made extra pies for us and gave us gelato to keep also.“

The gentlemen that served us was a real gentlemen and he's food was excellent ?. “It was my first time trying Empanada Queen, a food truck in Baldwin, and overall, it was a decent experience. They had a deal for 10 empanadas for $28, so I decided to try a variety. I went with shrimp, beef, chicken, and mac and cheese empanadas. The flavors were all pretty tasty, with the shrimp, beef, and chicken being the standouts. However, I wasn’t a fan of the mac and cheese one—it just didn’t have the right texture or flavor I was expecting.

The wait time was short, which was a nice surprise, especially since it was freezing outside! I was glad to have the car to wait in while the food was being prepared.

One thing to note is that the outer shell of the empanadas was quite hard, which made them a bit tough to bite into. On the positive side, the fillings themselves were flavorful. The only other downside was that they only offer one sauce, which had a bit of spice to it. While I didn’t mind it, I wish there were a few more sauce options to choose from.

I'd still recommend it if you're in the area and craving empanadas.“
