This just might be one of the worst Panera locations we have been to. Sure it’s in a service plaza and it’s gonna get a little more traffic than a standalone restaurant location. But the service here was incredibly awful. There must’ve been only two people working because there was about one order coming out every four minutes. Absurd wait time
It’s my fault! I should check the reviews before placing an order. It’s been 30+ minutes and still waiting for my sandwich. There are only a few customers and we all are waiting for a very small order. I think when we order food they order somewhere else and we all are waiting for delivery! I hope they don’t force us to tip that third party delivery person 😂
