Waited 20 minutes for food. I had to leave. Husband tried to cancel order. Hungry bear refused to cancel the order and still charged my husband for it. The refused to send it back and take it off the order.
Our first time at The Hungry Bear today. It was busy but both waitresses acknowledged us and we were served quickly. Breakfast was good, they even brought an extra egg to our table as one of the yolks was broken. That to me was exceptional customer service and not expected. Portions are big.
Friendly staff. Definitely would recommend and will go back. Cozy rustic interior.
The service was excellent and the food was very tasty coffee smooth.
