“This Dunkin’ location is very good. The drinks and food were always great. I’m a big fan of the caramel iced coffee and the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The only downside to this location is that it is very hard to get in and out of the small plaza that it sits in. The street is normally very busy with traffic, and it can be hard to pull in and out. Also, the parking lot is small and is very limited.“

“I need this review to be seen by the manager, I just came from dunkin donuts on Washington street in Pleasantville NY and the guy that works there is absolutely horrible, does not know how to make coffee, talks way to much and has the music blaring, people come in and see him there and leave, you only have a very few good workers there, the ones early in the morning and the older peru women that just went on vacation for 2 weeks, this guy is there by himself and is awful, I always come in for a toasted almond latte 3 sweet & lows & almond milk, the whole cup is filled with almond milk, it's like he poured a whole container of almond milk in my cup with hardly no latte, I pay good money for this coffee and I frequent your dunkin donuts 3 to 4 night's a week, please you must know what is going on there with cameras, the place was disgustingly filthy tonight on top of it, I just found out one of my favorite young girls who worked there when he's there quit and went to Starbucks, I am very disappointed and very angry about this whole matter, please do something about this before you lose a lot of business“

“2nd time bring my daughter. I drive over the bridge to give here that amazing experience. We record ourselves taking a huge bite of those warm donuts 🍩 every time. Maple bacon 🥓 is her favorite.“

“Pretty busy early Saturday morning around 730. Mostly takeout orders, so it was easy to grab a table. Donuts were pretty average imo, but my wife enjoyed her chocolate glazed donut. The BEC on a bagel was solid. I wished the egg was fried a little better and the bacon could be crispier, but the bagels themselves were delicious. Not as dense/large as the NYC ones and a tad softer. Would happily return.“

“This place is a hidden gem/slice of heaven. The pastries are made fresh daily and are light and really perfectly balanced. They come with great flavors that you don't commonly find like cardamom. It was very hard to decide but I went with a pistachio option for pastry/doughnut. I also ordered a cappuccino and added one of their cafe-made flavors: s'mores. They offer others but this was especially good and again, not overly sweet. They really got it right. Dean and Co are very friendly & courteous. If you're close by, make this a part of your morning routine!

“They have my favorite coffee year round now.. butter pecan and I prefer iced, w/extra flavor and creamer Not milk. Perfect! Try it As far as their menu I only chose the foods I've tried. I'm sure all of it is great.

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“Visited this establishment recently. service was okay. this blonde girl with glasses was asking if i had seen her duck. i was slightly concerned for her wellbeing, as she showed me a picture of the duck and it was rubber. i said i haven’t seen it. there was also a beautiful lady twerking behind the counter. i asked if i could have the ice spice drink, and she told me they don’t have it anymore. i cried when i went home. drink and food was great. this was a disturbing visit. i loved it. i’m never coming back here.“

“Not from this area but stopped in yesterday while visiting PC around 8:45am. The store is quite busy and seems regular customers because the staff seemed to know everyone. A couple of PC police were there for quite a while sipping coffee and chatting. Coffee was hot & fresh as was the food. Bathrooms were clean. I visit a lot of DD stores in NJ and all down the east coast and this location is now on my best-DDs list!“

“I think that there are many good things in this location. One of them is the service. Will say HI, will take you order and will get to prepare it. It is simple, yet other locations fail to do it quickly. As a regular here, I can recommend you all to try it out.“

“I had a very pleasant experience here. It was easy to find a spot across the street. I ordered via the app and by the time I walked in my order was waiting for me. Luckily I checked the contents of the bag and noticed I was one doughnut short. When I brought this to the attention of the man and woman behind the counter they almost fell over apologizing to me. I actually felt a bit guilty. Anyway the employees are very nice, the store is very clean, and there are tables and chairs. Also, unlike other Dunkins later in the day, they did not substitute doughnuts, as they were still fully stocked. Nice place.

This little gem made me smile because the staff was friendly and the service went with it as impeccable, now we all love the different drinks well My wife loves their caramel drinks and the pictures only give the visual pleasure of the experience but still well worth it. I was here between 7:30 and 8:30pm Feb.16 .25“

“The newly renovated DD is now open. The new look is sleek and modern. I did go late in the afternoon/early evening. But to my surprise, they had my Bavarian Cream donut (hard to find) so I was happy. I ordered Peppermint Mocha coffee, which was good, but had quite a bit of coffee grinds at the end in the bottom of my cup. This is still one of my favorite quick stops in the morning. Love the Avocado toast w/bacon.“

The place seemed to be in an inconvenient spot, situated on a busy street, making it challenging to access. As I approached, I noticed that the drive-thru lane was packed, extending all the way to the entrance of the street. However, despite the initial concern, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the line; it kept moving smoothly, and more people quickly filled in behind me.When it was finally my turn to order, I requested a large hot black coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The employee attending to the drive-thru window was exceptionally quick in taking my order, which helped move the line along efficiently. I was impressed by how swiftly he managed to handle each customer despite the overwhelming rush.Upon pulling up to the window to pay, the same gentleman took my payment and, to my astonishment, immediately handed me my food and coffee. The speed of service was unparalleled in my experience at any other fast-food establishment. Despite the bustling atmosphere and the constant stream of customers, I received my order in record time.Overall, I left Dunkin' Donuts feeling highly satisfied with my visit. “Concerning Dunkin Donuts-- and I am a big -time customer of this franchise-- I can say that the place is one of the cleanest Dunkin's that I have visited... and that also applies to their restrooms. This place has 2 of them , and they are kept very clean and well stocked. That means a lot to me. You can tell how much regard a place has for it's customers by how well they maintain their restrooms( if they have one.)

“This is a terrific Dunkin' Donuts to have a cup of coffee and some donuts. I brought my mother last week and we had a nice time. We each had half a sandwich and a donut and coffee. The people who served us were polite and kind and the place was clean. My mother claimed the bathroom was in impeccable shape. I also thought mine was clean as well. We spent at least 45 minutes and the experience was wonderful. Hats off to this owner and the staff.“
