“Lovely neighborhood cafe in a beautiful, secluded beach community. They have a convenient parking lot, and the atmosphere is serene. The food is great, and the portions are huge. The wait staff is hard working and do their best to accommodate you. It's a nice spot to bring older folks as there are no steps and seating is easy.“

“My family wanted to try a new place for dinner this weekend and Jamesons was it. The atmosphere is warm and inviting so we felt comfortable the moment we walked in. Our waitress Sarah was great...super friendly and made us feel right at home. We ordered the French Onion soup (excellent) and Pretzel Sticks (ok) as appetizers. The French Onion soup ($12) was very delicious but the pretzel sticks ($12) we probably wouldnt order again. There were 2 Pretzels to the order which my wife and I thought was a little pricey for what they were. My 7 year old ordered the chicken fingers and fries which were better than I had expected them to be. My wife ordered the Fish and Chips ($25) - super tasty, very fresh, and cooked to perfection. I ordered the Reuben ($24) super yummy which was a special for the evening. My wife and I both agreed after sharing that both meals were excellent. Key Lime Pie and a cappuccino finshed us off both of which did not disappoint. Overall, food and presentation were top notch and the service was excellent ---Thanks again Sarah! My wife and I both felt it was a little pricey but we would definitely go back.“

“Harley's American Grille Restaurant in Farmingdale is great place for Lunch, Brunch or Dinner. The place has been redone with a really nice decor. Menu is not extensive but offers a lot of great options. We had the Chicken Sandwich and the Wild Mushroom Ravioli.- both were delicious. They offer a Wine List. The service was awesome and Jesse our server was just amazing. Parking is hard in the Village but there are large metered parking lots behind all the stores.“

“We dined at Snaps as a party of 7(1 child) the manager greeted us as we arrived and was very nice and attentive throughout our meal, our server Michael was great we waited for nothing as he was always by to check on us and was very educated on the menu and with recommendations....the food was amazing from the unbelievable truffle gnocchi appetizer to the array of burgers we shared each item was better than the last. Liz is the best and was t there when I was there but these young kids bartenders needs to pay attention the older customers who will tip better if they are given better service . “Food exceptional but music is horrendous and relentless. Food is worth making a trip for, and the restaurant design is lovely, as is the lighting. With the right music, people would be arriving in limos from out of town. But this music is like average adult contemporary (think “smooth operator” with a boom-chk-boom-chk added in around the 4th measure on every song. It’s relentless, and if you’re conscious of music it’s like sitting next to an open garbage. It turns what could be a legendary restaurant into an average pub.
