“We had the most incredible experience at Pietro’s of East Meadow — again! This was our second time celebrating our daughter’s birthday here, and it somehow keeps getting better every time. A huge shoutout to Oscar and the team there today, who were beyond helpful and so attentive. Oscar made everything feel effortless and was so intuitive — taking care of things before I even had to ask. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated. The girls had the BEST time, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff and the whole experience. Thank you for making our girl’s day so special — we’ll be back again for sure!“

“We went in specifically because it showed has being halal. Halal choices on our day was limited. Pizza overall was not bad.

“Great local slice shop. The regular slice was solid and the spicy vodka slice was really good because of the added chili peppers but I felt the vodka sauce itself was bland. I actually had to double check to make sure it was a vodka slice after the fact but either way it was a great slice of pizza. Took a pistachio bombolone home and it was absolutely spectacular. These are a must get and they have different flavors as well.“

“We had a wonderful meal and experience at Galleria of Merrick! The spicy rigatoni is a MUST! The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and every bite was a flavor explosion. I love that they put a unique twist on traditional Italian dishes and you can really taste the difference of the quality, care and detail that went into each dish. They truly cook with love. If you’re looking for an excellent meal in a cozy atmosphere you must go to the Galleria of Merrick. We will definitely be back!!!!

“I live down the block so I'm happy this is a quality pizza place. Their regular, square vodka and chicken bacon ranch slices are great and you get good value for your dollar. The chicken bacon ranch is the best i have ever had. I would have given this place 5 stars if they made the Buffalo chicken and bbq chicken slices like they do the chicken bacon ranch. Unfortunately, those are usually my go to slices but for some reason they take a very different approach than they do the chicken bacon ranch and it definitely doesn't work. I recommend giving this place a try especially if you live in the neighborhood.“

Mr and mrs erivk are great people and I can’t get enough of the grilled eggplant and their salads and the desserts are a temptation of their own. He is honest & really cares, as if it is for his own party. He always goes above and beyond to make our parties great and helps me figure out how much food is needed. “Avellion's pizza is delicous. My husband is a pizza snob and we found Avellino's and he has been loving it. We used them for an event and they were able to deliver the pizzas to the Garden City Mini Golf Course and everything was perfect. Edit: I tried the meatball appetizer and the pasta with meatballs the other night. I'm not a meatball person in general and the only meatballs I will ever eat are my mom's, but now I have to add these to my list. They are delicious!! They are small and very tasty.
