“Syracuse halal gyros food is 100/10… huge portions, reasonable prices, and absolutely delicious. They are open late which is great because there aren’t many options open late these days. When we picked up our order the gentleman behind the counter offered us a huge “sample” of chicken and rice so we could try their (new?) green sauce which was also delicious. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone.”

“On Saturday, August 22, our family had a 100th birthday buffet luncheon for my mother at School and Vine. There were 30 people in attendance. The food was outstanding and the service was wonderful! We highly recommend this restaurant for any functions you may want to host!”

“Wow!!! The size of those calzones were AMAZING! 🤩 The weight of them were so heavy that I had help carrying them out by a lovely, friendly, and amazing lady named Anne 💕 I brought home the calzones and one of them could feed a family of like 8! The taste of them were incredible. I couldn’t stop eating it but my eyes were bigger than my stomach could handle! We will be enjoying this for the next few days and we will all be happy about it too! The picture only shows about a 1/4 of it missing. That’s how incredibly big it was. Robbie T is the most friendliest and nicest person in the whole wide work!!!!”

“The absolute BEST Indian restaurant in Central NY. They go above & beyond for all of their customers. The food is ALWAYS top notch every time I have come here. You never have to ask for a refill on drinks or anything, they are on top of it! You really feel like family here because even after your first visit they actually remember you! The vibe brings you to a peaceful space where you don’t even feel like you’re in Syracuse anymore! 10/10 ⭐️”

“We visited Firekeepers for a late breakfast. The food was average but good portions and very affordable. There's plenty of friendly help around so the service that we experienced was very good. I would return and recommend Firekeepers, certainly as a good breakfast spot.”

My wife and I came here because we needed vegan options. Well, the menu is clearly labeled for vegan, their options are quite limited. That said, the tasty pastries were not on the menu but had enough vegan choices to satisfy us.”

“We found this tucked away spot after a walk with the dogs at Clark’s Reservation. This is hands down the best ice cream I have had in this area. They have Ashbys ice cream, and it is top tier! I got the flight, I cannot remember the full names: Tennessee toffee, Michigan pot hole, a caramel one, and black raspberry w cherry cordial in it. The raspberry is to die for! My partner got the ice cream nachos with hot fudge, twist soft serve, and cheesecake chunks! We also got a pup cup for the dogs. 10/10 on everything! We will be back as we are in Jamesville quite a bit! Def check it out! It’s super clean, outdoor seating, plenty of inside seating! The ladies serving us were polite and helpful!”

“This little bakery in Jamesville, NY has the best halfmoons, strawberry whip cream cakes and pastries ever. We order a box of half-moons whenever we go out to town to visit family. If you need a special order, the owner Francis takes your order, he is fabulous and very accommodating. They definitely deserve a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Pastry Palace Bakery.”

“I disagree 100 percent that the riggies here taste better than Utica. They simply don’t. The portion size was great, but the chicken was so cut way too small. The sauce just didn’t hit my taste buds the same. The cheese and seasoning on the saucer for bread is just odd. Not bad, just odd. My server never checked in to ask how my food was, but he did have a lot of tables. I probably would return and order something else. Overall, it’s worth checking out. They do seem to get very busy though. Parking can be limited.”

The girl who served me was so informative and kind even with the massive amount of people. Not only was the ice cream incredible but I tried some chocolates those were even better!
