Today was an absolutely perfect day to wake up and take a drive to Cummins Cider Mill to get a dozen donuts, some fritters (brain food, I love em!) and a gallon of fresh apple cider.
Crossing into New York, the morning fog was topped by a golden ray of light laying a rainbow over Irvine Mills pointing toward the Seneca Junction as to guide me on my post-dawn flavor journey.

I'm very glad the cider mill has reopened. delicious donuts and fritters.The apple cider seems to me,a little watered down but still has good flavor. The employees are very nice and welcoming.
