“We were looking for place to have a welcome dinner the night before our wedding so we stopped by Blue Collar and as soon as we sat at the bar and started talking with Kevin and his son we knew this was the place for us.Great bar, great atmosphere, great people and good beer too! We rented the brewery out for two hours and were able to bring in a caterer to use their kitchen as well. Would highly recommend both for hanging to watch the game or for a private event“

“Good selection of beers and excellent food. Enjoyed a 6 cut pizza and Buffalo wings as well as garlic parm wings. Excellent waitress, Kaitlyn, who was hustling taking good care of her tables.Only thing to suggest is reducing the time to get a beer at the bar. There were two bartenders and both were bogged down with filling table orders, often making time consuming cocktails. Someone should be sweeping the bar frequently, filling the needs of these customers. Perhaps one more staffer during peak times.“

“Loved the decor and ambiance here. We had a large group of about 15 and the service was great! The food came out on time, and it was hot and everyone's food came out at the same time! Good job! They had several servers bringing the food-cleaning the table- and checking on everyone.Everyone enjoyed the food and drinks. The only downside is that they said they could not separate the check...????!!! So we had to wait until it was time to pay to go up with our credit cards and try to figure it all out then!I mean really, why could they not have separate checks? It really didn't make any sense to any of us. it just made it more confusing when it was time to leave.But other than that the service was fantastic, and everyone enjoyed their food.“

(I drink mostly IPA's but everything fromstouts to ales are on point)When I want to introduce someone to IPA's, I bring them Obercreek and I am usually successful in converting them.The people are amazing and incredibly chill. That sets the tone for the whole vibe at this brewery. A true hidden gem.“

The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the course of the day and our guests couldn't stop raving about the cider and atmosphere. “This beer is a must have if you are remotely close. Most unique but absolutely the most delicious beer I’ve ever tasted. Awesome location, dog friendly, and great atmosphere. Pretty sure the owner was pouring beers when we were there, and that’s awesome! So interesting hearing about the farm. If you like beer or wine there’s something here you’ll love.“
