Burger King in Poughkeepsie

“One of the better fast food locations in the area. What makes it stand out though are the employees. Went through the drive through at 8 pm and I was greeted with a young man's greeting, very upbeat and welcoming. Patient with me as I had multiple orders from different text strings and had to make last minute changes at the end, he took it all in stride and stayed very pleasant. Got to the pickup window and was greeted by a young lady, also very pleasant and helpful. Definitely good people and good training by management. I will definitely be back for any of my future fast food needs.
Best of all this is one of very few locations in the area that still actually support the military with a discount.

“We tried an online order hoping that we would get to the drive-thru with about 20 minutes lead time only to find out that they may have seen the order but didn't prepare it. I think it may have been a busy night or something but the service was lacking. They were apologetic about it and brought the food out to the car but it was an extensive wait where we had hoped to get in and out quickly for another reason“
