“We tried an online order hoping that we would get to the drive-thru with about 20 minutes lead time only to find out that they may have seen the order but didn't prepare it. I think it may have been a busy night or something but the service was lacking. They were apologetic about it and brought the food out to the car but it was an extensive wait where we had hoped to get in and out quickly for another reason“
“I've never had a problem with with their food or service. They are always polite, friendly, and good natured. Every time I go there the place is clean. Before I finish eating it seems like some one is out on the floor making sure rhe dining room tables are wiped off and the trash is empty.
They really seem to make an effort in taking care of their customers also. I ordered up a little more food than I could eat one day, and on my way out with a wopper and onion ring box, one of the ladies behind the counter asked if I would like a bag to put rhe items in. To me it only proves they pay attention to detail and truely care about their customers.
Though it's in the area where the old Shopright and Kmart was torn down, you should really give them a try!
