She was so apologetic but these things happen. I always let these things go while ordering for myself but this time the item missing was for a child.
Katy had me come back, gave me the item and handled the situation with the utmost Professionalism and a Welcoming smile.

“Had a really great experience at Burger King today, and I wanted to shout out Tamar for making it special. From the moment I walked in, Tamar made the whole place feel warm and welcoming—almost like being invited into the home of Burger King itself.
The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Tamar made sure everything was taken care of and did it with a great attitude that really stood out. The atmosphere felt relaxed and positive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. On top of that, the food came out fresh and tasted great.

“I gave this Burger King a five star review for food quality, fast service, and the clean store
I ordered six whopper juniors with cheese six small fries six chicken nugget eight piece. And six large Coca-Cola’s. My order was completed within 12 minutes. Even though the store was busy, they got my order correct and my children were extremely satisfied and full. I will come to this Burger King from now on.

“I like their food but the thing is that Everytime I go there I do diarrhea but that's not the only problem, sometimes the nuggets are a little soggy and not crispy but the french fries are good and they are crispy and the whopper junior is so good but overall I give it an 8/10“
“Been coming to this location for years depending what time your dining here depends on crowd and loudness. Food here is always fresh and hot you might wait a few extra minutes but it worth it. Please be kind to staff they are working hard to provide your needs.“

“Is anybody in your business going to do anything about the panhandlers and bums that think your place is a hangout? I love your restaurant but before I even get a chance to go in there is a beggar opening the door begging for money. Then when I go in, they are sitting there, loitering and bothering customers.There is no one to tell them to stop or leave. Something has to be done.
