“I ordered through the app and picked up at the drive thru. When I arrived home I noticed one item was missing. I called back and spoke to an:

She was so apologetic but these things happen. I always let these things go while ordering for myself but this time the item missing was for a child.
Katy had me come back, gave me the item and handled the situation with the utmost Professionalism and a Welcoming smile.
People like this is what makes the world a better place - by exemplifying superior Customer Service.

“Had a really great experience at Burger King today, and I wanted to shout out Tamar for making it special. From the moment I walked in, Tamar made the whole place feel warm and welcoming—almost like being invited into the home of Burger King itself.
The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Tamar made sure everything was taken care of and did it with a great attitude that really stood out. The atmosphere felt relaxed and positive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. On top of that, the food came out fresh and tasted great.
It’s always nice when someone takes pride in what they do, and Tamar clearly does. Thanks for the great service and for making the experience feel so welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!“
“I gave this Burger King a five star review for food quality, fast service, and the clean store
I ordered six whopper juniors with cheese six small fries six chicken nugget eight piece. And six large Coca-Cola’s. My order was completed within 12 minutes. Even though the store was busy, they got my order correct and my children were extremely satisfied and full. I will come to this Burger King from now on.
Kid-friendliness: All of my kids received a crown and was told that they ruled! I love that“
“I like their food but the thing is that Everytime I go there I do diarrhea but that's not the only problem, sometimes the nuggets are a little soggy and not crispy but the french fries are good and they are crispy and the whopper junior is so good but overall I give it an 8/10“
“I had a great experience thanks to SHAVONTA, the manager at this Bronx Burger King. The drive-through signage was advertising Whopper Wednesday pricing, but when I tried to order, the attendant said it couldn’t be honored.
Instead of letting it turn into a frustrating situation, Shavonta stepped in and handled it exactly how a manager should. She calmly explained everything, was professional throughout, and made sure the situation was resolved in a way that left me satisfied. Because of her, I’d come back again—if anything, just to thank her.
That said, there was a separate issue that needs attention. While I was trying to pick up my order, multiple delivery drivers were standing at the takeout window on foot, blocking access and ignoring customers trying to get through. The interaction became very uncomfortable and forced me to confront them just to receive my order. It created an highly unnecessary and potentially very unsafe situation.
Management like Shavonta is a strong asset, but the location would benefit from better control of the pickup area to ensure customers can access the window safely and without confrontation.

“Food is always right, service was great, faster than the last time I was there. Glad the Spanish guy wasn't their making sandwichs, he always messed up my orders. But place needs to be cleaned up, stop letting so many people (young teens) in if they not going to order food. They take up space, be like Popeye's next door and get a man at the door. Parking sucks, only street parking and be careful with ticket guys. Bums at door asking for money, for food, but if you offer food they say no... very busy between 2pm and 5pm. With teens from six different schools around the area.“
“I needed help because for T mobile Tuesday I was offered a free whopper unfortunately the code was “expired” even tho it was expired for May 9th (the following Tuesday) thankfully a worker named Brandi helped me out and gave me a free whopper with a purchase.“
“Burger King is usually a solid lunch choice, you know? It's usually pretty consistent and hits the spot when you're in a rush. I did see some weird stuff last time, though, like a guy with his shoes off, which was a bit odd. Still, I can't complain too much since the food was good!“
