“Your restaurant had 2 employees for a very long time. The service that was rendered was exceptional ? ?! We had a wait but was updated every few moments. The staff on duty I believe is a night shift manager handled a very many stressful moments with class and grace! I'm a manager in customer service field and I'm utterly impressed. Mercedes was extremely impressive. She deserves all the praise for handling a major crowd. Everyone was dealt with respect. She an amazing employee!!“

“We did the drive-through. They are right across the street from Greenwood Cemetery. We got the 2 Whoppers meal deal. Ok The reason I am writing this is because These burgers were huge compared to the Big Mac. They were delicious. They had unsweetened iced tea. The week before we ate at McDonalds and both of us commented on the smaller size of the Big Mac. Not at Burger King. It was really tasty. Thanks for not shrinking your burger BK. “I usually just go through the drive through to get food from here but it is quick and tasty. However they are always out of things it seems, they never have mozzarella sticks or frozen drinks in stock. Besides from that, I love this place and I always go to here on the way back home from school.“

“I'll give it 5* for what it is. It's built inside a gas station. After ordering on my phone I did wait an extra 10-15 minutes at the location because my meal wasn't completed yet. After all it's a gas station, and there were only two workers that run the cashier and kitchen. The cashier and kitchen setup was all in the front, similar to a deli. Food that requires prepping can be view thru a glass window. The only thing I wasn't too fond of was that the guy who was prepping my burgers stopped midway to run the cashier. Overall, place was clean.“

“I liked this Burger King much Better a few months ago. Back then it was clean, peaceful, they played music and was a tad bit faster. Now most of the time when I come here it's dirty, there's crackheads all over the place and they don't play music like they used to so now I have to hear the loud people who sits on the couches in the corner. This day 03/04/2024 around 08:27pm I walked into Burger King at 1772 Rockaway Parkway ordered The Impossible Whopper with Medium Fries. The amazing food preparation was great to see along with the cleanness of the entire restaurant. The customer service from the young lady who patiently and proudly took my order (#85) made my experience heavenly. She was an absolute ALL-STAR. I chose to Dine-in. I enjoyed it thoroughly beginning to end. The dining room table experience was 10/10. My experience had zero flaws. “My experience here was a good one. There were mostly young people working here, and they were respectful and professional. I just had to mention that because I've encountered some at other establishments that have caused me to avoid them at all costs. “This Burger King is inside the gas station convenience store area. It was early lunch time & the burgers were smelling freshly cooked & I got lucky. My Whopper was the best I've had in a long time. Hot, juicy, fresh toppings. It tasted like the BK I grew up on. Even the fries were hot & fresh. Only thing I didn't like was that self serve soda machine that anyone with a cup can help themselves to. Then after all of the touching of buttons & stuff, it wasn't even working & they had to give us can sodas. I prefer being served my drink with my order, that machine just seems to unsanitary.“

“I did not think much of the tiny "hole-in-the-wall" location and often passed it up. Well I finally went in because the other guys were not following proper mask procedures. So, I finally checked out this BK. I was happily surprised to see all the employees wearing masks above their noses and wearing gloves. I see them all working hard and together. I felt confident to come back, walking from Patchen Ave. And my third time, I still saw the same safety procedures being followed. As long as I keep seeing this great team effort to keep safe, my children and I will keep making this long walk. I always thought food prep handlers should have been wearing masks, before the pandemic. I hope fast food and other restaurants and eateries keep this up; it creeps me out to see workers spraying as they talk over customers' food. What was even nicer, was that in spite of the location, this BK did not have panhandlers begging for money at their door or hanging out inside the restaurant. Go there occasionally, as it is quite a walk for me (use a prothesis after left leg amputation), and love the burgers and fries.Lines are not bad at all if you go before or after busy times (lunch 12-3pm, dinner 5-6 pm, etc.). I haven't eaten Burger King in a very long time but I had a craving for it that needed to be satisfied. The cashier I dealt with was friendly and courteous. I however was not pleased with the wait time of my meal. I can only assume I waited 15 minutes for my food from them being understaffed.
