“I worked at Burger King for 3 years as a cashier and an “acting” shift lead manager. My location was always so bad because of the understaffing and because of the rush time. Our drive thru times were good too and so was this bk I believe. The food was fresh which I was shocked about because our bk dropped fresh food in the fryers when we are out. I believe here either I was lucky or they were making it fresh upon order. Anyways I’m happy the mozzarella sticks changed. And kinda miss the BK life. Thanks guys.“
“I only had a pick up service here and noticed the lady at the cashier named fahmida was being really helpful and efficient by herself. My order was cold lol I think the person back in the kitchen area doesn’t care about the food being made.“

“What an experience. When people show such kindness, it truly warms my heart. I accidentally ordered from the wrong restaurant online and I wound up just ordering from the right restaurant and was going to see if I could call the other restaurant to see if they’d give me a refund. When I go to the payment window, Charles asked what happened and he gave me back my money and said he’d take care of it. I was so taken aback because it is not very often you receive such hospitality from strangers.
Charles, thank you so much for your kindness. You went above and beyond.“
