“I was trying to place an order through the BK Mobile App but was unable to do it due to technical issues. So I went inside and ordered the same items that I couldn't on the BK Mobile App.
My discount and rewards offers were no longer available because I ordered inside BK and not on the BK App. I kept getting an error message when I tried to use my 6 digit code. The manager was very helpful. She saw the problems that I was having with the BK App. After I placed my order she upsized it. I really appreciated what she did and commend her for keeping customers happy and satisfied. I have previously dined here many times and each time the service is great and the atmosphere is pleasant.
There will be those individuals who will disagree with my review of this Burger King. Some are just disgruntled. Many negative reviews are over a year old.
They are entitled to their own opinions which I respect.
We all have different tastes, issues, and complaints that maybe noteworthy. But I can say that the overwhelming majority of the reviews are positive. All those people can't be wrong.“
