2 orders I got this week both missing stuff and just horrible. Service is terrible as well. The first one was supposed to be double steak and extra lettuce, and they forgot my queso. The second one was a quesadilla they told me they accidentally made it wrong and asked me if I would like it remade. I said yes and then they made it with no cheese.
This place is by far the dirtiest place I’ve ever been to. There was food scattered all over the food bar. I understand that they may get busy, but they could at least clean up a little. The berry “agua fresca” was empty so I kindly asked if they could refill it. I was told to wait a few mins, 10 mins passed and I asked again, the male at the register gave me an attitude saying he was busy and I needed to wait. I understand they were likely busy because it was move in day for Marist University, but this facility was an absolute disaster when we arrived. The tables outside the facility were all dirty and the outside garbage bins were overflowing. All of the the tables inside were dirty and a mess, I was grateful we had ordered pickup because I would not have felt comfortable sitting at any of the tables inside the facility.
