The Starbucks at Tops in Rhinebeck New York is outstanding. The customer service team led by Jackie is courteous and attentive. You definitely feel like a valued customer. Additionally, the food and drinks are up to the high standards set by Starbucks.
Folks always greet you with a smile and hello. Busy store but willing to go the extra mile. Love the group there and wish people would give them the respect they deserve. Fabulous people and coffee always consistent. Great spot.
The best Starbucks I have ever visited, without a question! The staff is the friendliest, hardest working, most upstanding set of individuals to ever grace the floor. The managers are uplifting and caring for their staff. Deserving of nothing less than the highest praise!
