“The SMB absolutely blew me away. I thought it was a perfect balance of salty, sweet, light kick of spice. The beef was season so perfectly and was soft and tender. The egg was super fluffy and I really enjoyed the kimchi to add another flavor profile. The bagel itself was also delicious - light crunch on the outside but soft and chewy inside. Perfect texture and honestly it was such great value for a huge bagel. The owner gave out free rice balls because the wait was getting long and those were delicious too.“

“My family and I love this place. Food is delicious, customer service is phenomenal! They go above and beyond to make their customers happy and to feel welcomed when you come into the store and even when they deliver for you! Not to mention deliveries are fast and reliable. A must try place!“

“I ordered a flat sesame bagel and was given a plain one even though they confirmed they had the one i wanted so I removed one star for that because it's not the first time it's happened, other than that the place is great and the food has been consistently good.“

It’s been 5+ years since I’ve been back and it’s even better than when I used to live here! Still bustling, fantastic service, the staff are wonderful! Best bagel in this part of Queens and try their cold and hot brews (don’t forget the fresh squeezed OJ), fantastic!“

“I was in the mood to try something new when I came across this coffee shop, and I am sooo glad I came here because everything was amazing! I got the Nutella latte and the avocado toast which were both phenomenal. The latte wasn’t bitter at all and had just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess. The avocado
toast had a red chili olive oil combo which was new to me, but it completely elevated the dish and left me pleasantly surprised. The place is very cozy inside with only a couple seats available but they also have some outdoor tables as well. The employees were very friendly and welcoming, and I’m already looking forward to coming back! 10/10 :)“

“I’m Michael and I’m addicted to NYCBCH! I have absolutely loved this place since the original one opened. I love the Bway stop location! It’s perfect for quick coffee/snack or for an hour or so to get work done and focus on stuff. I have family in the area and they’re constantly asking me to bring bagels, pastries, etc ! I brought a dozen bagels and some of their INCREDIBLE cream cheeses (honey bacon sriracha will change your life more than Wicked) I snapped a photo of them, as you can see it’s half the amount because they’ve already been eaten AND one of my nephews is obsessed with the colorful bagels, AND they have gluten free which my sister was so grateful for!! You won’t get a better NYC bagel anywhere else!! Ps. I dream of their peanut butter cookies! 🍪🥯☕️🧘🏻‍♂️💚“

“Finally remembered to check them out. We live a long walk / short drive away - so sort of forget to consider them for that reason. But it was well worth the time to walk on over. As vegetarians we went for some paninis but they were not making them anymore (again not sure if that day or if it's off the menu). Still grabbed ourselves some omelette, bagel on the side and coffees. Was great food. Very nice staff he paused and apologized for not having the paninis and showed us an awesome egg/cheese/coffee deal - but we needed more food :).“

“This is my go to bagels spot in jackson heights. They have some of the better prices in new york and the taste is fresh Every time. You can also get a bag of day old bagels if you need. I always get an everything bagel with, butter, lox and avocado.“

“Pretty good bagels! I'm not expecting Brooklyn quality, but these are decent! A bit overpriced and not in love with the everything seasoning they use, but the cream cheese was good and if you don't prefer a dense chewy bagel you'll probably love these. Worth a try if you're on the fence (bring cash!)“

“For someone who doesn’t like bagels and think there to much. For some reason today I decided to stop by pumpernickels and definitely was one of the best decisions. Walked in and was told they make all there bagels in house , and it showed. I got a everything bagel with turkey , egg and cheese and it was 10/10. Would highly recommend this place, there quick , fast and good.“

“This is my go-to neighborhood deli. I grab lunch here on the way in to work twice a week on average. Everyone's very friendly, they know my sandwich order when I walk in the door, and the food is consistently good. Good juices, coffee and pasties too!“

“Stopped by for breakfast to go. We ordered a toasted cinammon raisin bagel with cream cheese and a toasted poppy seed bacon, egg and cheese bagel and large coffees. Everything was tasty and fresh. Note that there is currently there is a $1 surcharge for any egg dishes. Payment by credit card and tap to pay available. The order was prepared quickly and staff were nice.“

“I had a recent issue with my order whereas the cheese I ordered was not available, so they gave me a different cheese. I was pretty upset by this but after expressing my concerns the owner went above and beyond to help make it right.

I believe in second chances, no one is perfect!

“This was a great bagel, it lived up to the “wow” in its name hahaha. In 2015 my dad hit someone with his car. My dad said he was dead but I saw him still breathing. We dragged him into the woods and left him there. I saw his wife crying on TV a few days later. I didn’t say anything and mu dad was never caught. He’s a congressman. Wow!“
