“I went here just the other day, the employees are very friendly and they are very patient with the customers, they are fast pace and the bagels over all are very good not to doughy like other bagel stores. As well as the prices are reasonable I went four doors down to another shop that was overpriced, and was satisfied by this bagel shop and there prices.“

“Booking a hotel close to this place was an excellent decision on my part. I will miss the everything bagel with herb cream cheese when I go home. It helps to know what you want before you line up because things move pretty fast once you’re in. I was always able to sit at the counter but if you’re taking it to go that’s probably even better.“

Their menu is the perfect balance of the classic NYC bagels we know and love, but with some newer flavor combos added to the menu that make eating here both nostalgic and exciting. The Presto Pesto is one of my favorite sandwiches in the city. Make sure you try their chocolate muffins as well. While it can get busy, the staff are friendly and attentive.“

The egg was super fluffy and I really enjoyed the kimchi to add another flavor profile. The bagel itself was also delicious - light crunch on the outside but soft and chewy inside. Perfect texture and honestly it was such great value for a huge bagel. The owner gave out free rice balls because the wait was getting long and those were delicious too.“

But I recently bought 2 bacon egg n cheese for $10 each and could not eat it it was fresh and tasted not like it usually does and hardly had bacon. Bought a bagel it was hard for $6 I was really surprised it was for me and my kids but we could not eat anything. And the eggs were extremely fresh...smelling can i get a refund ?“

“Yo Alex, you’re the man. You said this chopped cheese was gonna be the best—and you weren’t kidding. This is hands down the best chopped cheese I’ve had on the island without crossing over into Brooklyn.

The staff is super friendly, the whole place feels like home, and Alex himself is a serious jokester. Honestly, the entire experience felt like a Seinfeld episode in the best way possible. And shoutout to the guy behind the stove—you can tell he put real love into that roll.

“B&B Bagels was such an awesome surprise during our stay in NYC. We walked over from the Ronald McDonald House one morning feeling a little overwhelmed by the city at first, but this place instantly made us feel at home. Everyone was genuinely kind, caring, courteous, and so generous — like we’d been stopping in every morning for years.

And the food… wow. I know “it’s just a bagel,” but seriously, these were incredible. The bagels were toasted perfectly with just the right amount of chew, the cream cheese selection was amazing, and the lox were absolutely delightful. Even the black coffee was perfect.

Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loved the rainbow bagel and it completely made her morning.

Thank you guys for the warm welcome, the great food, and for turning a simple breakfast into such a comforting and memorable part of our trip. We’ll definitely be back.“

“I’ve been coming here since the early 90’s it was one of the first proper New York bagels I ever had and it still feels the most authentic to me. I ordered from here recently and the delivery bike broke down. The manager picked up the bagels and hand delivered them himself. There is a reason they have been in business for decades.“

“Visiting the area and walked to court street bag. Did a pick up order. It was ready when I arrived and not soggy by the time I got back to my hotel. I am picky about my lox bagels and this exceeded any expectations!

The salmon was smoked to perfection. No fishy taste left. The jalapeño cream cheese had a spicy kick, which I appreciated. Will be returning if I find myself in the area again!“

“I like this place a lot! I love the creative flavors and the bagels are really well made. My only wish is that their hours were reflected online more consistently. When they’ve been closed for holidays i have walked over and shown up a few times to a closed storefront. This makes it hard to rely on! Which I feel is key for a bagel place“

Not too tick and doughy, crispy on the outside with just enough Whitefish salad, touch of mustard, fresh cucumber & dill with slice of banana peppers. Don’t let the long line discourage you, the staff are fast and efficient.“

The hype is very much understandable in my opinion- got an everything bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. the bagel itself was crispy from the outside, perfect balance with everything on top, and the drizzle of oil definitely improved it even more. 4/5 because it was a tad expensive in my opinion (20$ with the coffee) and there is not really anywhere to sit comfortably- but there’s a cute park nearby, so I’d recommend to just take your food there and enjoy :) would def come back!“

“Easily the best chicken over rice in the Manhattan area. The chicken shawarma bowl was jam packed with flavours 🙌 especially the rice. Good quantity for the price. Special mention to Ahmed who made our first experience at the cart memorable.

I love their customer service, they answer their phone, and they answer my questions on Facebook. I will be using them again, and again. I love everything about them so far. My boyfriend is the bagel eater, and I ordered 2 dozen for him. The flavors we got were Everything, Sesame, Cinnamon Raisin, and Blueberry. He is in love with their blueberry bagels. “Definately my favourite bagel place in the neighborhood. I tried both take out and dine in. The quality of the food is great, tons of cream cheese options! the restaurant has a few tables, they are quite small. It gets BUSY quickly, so finding a spot in rush hours isn't always easy. I've seen the line wrapping around the corner but they are also very fast.
They have another location as well in UWS, and I once placed my order for pickup in the wrong location and they managed it internally and still gave me my lunch. Absolutely love this place.“
