COMPLETE IDIOTS WHO WORK HERE! RUINED A FAMILY ORDER. ILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RAT SHOP. HOW IS A BANNA SPLIT. REPORTING THIS GARBAGE TO CONSUMER OFFERS AND HEALTH DEPT!
LOCATION SUCKS! THEY SENT A QUART OF ICECREAM WHEN I ORDERED 2 BANNA SPLIT THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE CLOSED.

I came to my local baskin & Robins for my favorite ice cream. To my surprise as I was eating and I felt something in my mouth. I chewed it due to sometimes mixtures of ice cream. I ended up spitting it into my hand because something wasn’t right, and to my surprise it was a frozen fly or Beatle dead!!!!!!!! In my ice cream. When you serve customers please do better!!!! My tongue is burning slightly, this is ridiculous. Clean better, check your freezer for insects the ice cream...read full review
