Caraotas NYC offers excellent food in a clean space with an amazing atmosphere. The staff are consistently friendly and hard working. The food is absolutely delicious, incredibly fresh, and always well made. The burgers are one of the most delicious meals, far superior to others, described as juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with outstanding meat. The bowls and fries are just as delicious. The empanadas are exceptional. The arepa de pabellon is enjoyed, though the meat can fall out. The tequeños are yummy and the passionfruit drink is really loved. A negative experience involved a milkshake not being available and poor service when a menu was pulled away. Overall, it is a delightful spot where it is hard to choose from the menu, considered a must-try for the neighborhood.
