I love cheesecake factory but the service I got the other day was beyond exceptional. The bread was warm and delicious the food came out perfect and the wait was not long. Now let’s talk about drink they are delicious! Overall 10 out of 10

I ordered pick up here last night and had a terrible experience. I got in line at the cashiers booth to pick up and a DoorDash driver got in line after me and stood to the side. When it was my turn to pick up the cashier blatantly ignored me and went to tend to the DoorDash driver. When I let him know I was here first he said I’ll get to you with an attitude. It was so apparent even another guest in line spoke up about how they were both wrong. Once I got my order and drove home I was missing 1/4 entrees bread and utensils. I called the first time and they transferred me to the manager that never picked up after 10 minutes of waiting. I called back and apparently got connected to the person who made my order who flat out said that the food was there. I explained to her that it wasn’t and she said that’s weird I made the order and it’s in there as if I was lying.

Came here on a busy Friday evening. The service was decent & friendly, but I know it’s because they were busy. I had the Mac and cheese cheeseburger which was good. I did like the skinny menu options, for those who want to stay within macros of course. Overall, decent quality & the menu is so extensive, and affordable. I wouldn’t get steak here lol. Go to a steakhouse for that experience. Parking is trash in the area so prepare to hit the garage. The bathroom was actually clean too and they have a changing table.

When I arrived I was told a 30 minute wait but I was seated earlier than that. All the appetizers came out at the same time. Both main courses came at the same time also with extra napkins. Checked to make sure the food and everything was okay. Good service good food with good prices
