Food they serve I don't know maybe American food is bland ...only shrimp pasta was eatable.why the avocado egg were so flat no taste . Anyways even cheesecake was ordinary

The Entrees are an absolute NO! On both occasions, I got male servers, they need to be trashed. The appetizers, brown bread and Mojito is why I even tried a second time.

The food was great, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service Excellent! Our server Esther was amazing!! My apologies for not getting the name of the hostess, but she was also great and helpful.

Family friendly , good place for dates and friends as well. Food was decent, appropriately priced. Our server was amazing- recommended my dish and kept checking in on us with a big smile (so sweet). Came here twice now! Will be returning

Nothing more stressful than the mall this time of year. We saw there was a large amount of people and thought we would get rushed service and food. Our server, Payal, must have read our minds because she was amazing. Courteous, respectful, professional, and the cherry on top was how she made friends with our toddler. We will certainly be back!

The food and dessert was great and it was brought on time. The server Payal was amazing. She gave my friends and I refills whenever we asked (we had water) and was very nice whenever we spoke to her.

This Cheesecake Factory almost never disappoints!! I love going to this location during special occasions and as for holidays, I always get the cheesecake specifically to celebrate. The staff are incredibly friendly but the wait time for the food is a bit long but I do understand that it's a big restaurant so it can be hard to get all the food out at once, but overall, the service is fair. The atmosphere feels very elegant but I do recommend going at night so you can properly feel the dine in experience because when I went in the afternoon, I wasn't a fan since the windows they have are huge. And of course, the food is amazing but the truffle honey chicken the last time I went it was extremely oily but usually the food is amazing. Would recommend going here if you can't afford fine dining it pretty much feels the same.
