Pasta cooked unevenly. No salt in the food. Chicken over cooked to a rubbery substance.
Lettuce wraps were good.
Waitress was helpful.
Beer was cold.
I'll go again but I'm side eyeing everything that comes out from now on.

It's overpriced, long wait time and most of the cheesecakes aren't even halal. Service depends on each day because of who's working that day but most of the time they're all trying their best. (Ex. We were waiting patiently close to 25 minutes for our food to arrive but the shift lead(?) came and apologized to us because they're messed up our order, so it took another 20 minutes before our food arrived.)

On a drive by, I was surprised to discover a Cheesecake Factory in Queens, never knew one existed in the boroughs. This spot brought back nostalgia since it was one of my favs during my college days, so I was thrilled to spontaneously dine there. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The food felt very chain-restaurant grade. The pasta was dry with minimal sauce, chicken fried well but bland and while the crab dip had good flavor, the amount of actual crab was scarce and I wasn’t sure if it was authentic. Granted, I arrived about an hour before closing, but even still, the service was lax and mediocre.
Overall, nothing about this visit stood out in a positive way. It didn’t live up to the Cheesecake Factory experiences I’ve had in other cities, and sadly wasn’t memorable.
