“What an amazing cheeseburger! Perfectly cooked, perfectly cheesy, and perfectly flavorful! The bun was also perfectly toasted and the fixings all fit in perfectly with little to no mess. My 5 year old son finished 90% of the 2 party burger and we split a chocolate shake which was pretty good! We will definitely come again!“
“Food is really good and the employees are nice enough. Been coming here for a while and I always find that the tables are rarely wiped. Not sure who’s job it is but someone should definitely be wiping the tables because it is a consistent issue with this location. Food is good for takeout however and I would definitely recommend a regular Philly or the Chicken California.Parking: Lots of parking but it’s a busy lot during peak hours with lots of unattentive drivers so keep that in mind when cars are coming out of their spots, they’re probably not looking.Wheelchair accessibility: Relatively accessible, Disabled spots located at the front as well as ramps to get onto the sidewalk.“
“Large portions, weak small bread. 70% of the stuff fell out of the bread. You can enjoy the amount that is in the cheesesteak. And the rest that fell in the box with utensils. After they were done making my Philly, the cheese they put on top was falling down slowly, and I said could you fix the cheese please, and they did ❤️.“
“To understand the true gravity of this meal, allow me to you back in time: We had just sat in traffic for 1.5 hours and waited through what I can only describe as the least coordinated TSA checkpoint on this side of the Mississippi. Justin and Kevin were starving for sustenance. While Justin had TSA pre, Kevin's broke a$$ was stuck in the regular line. While Justin zoomed through security, Kevin sat and watched as a family of 4 struggled to comprehend the fact that laptops must be removed from the carry on before it goes through the metal detector. While Justin waited what felt like a millennia, he analyzed the terminal map in extreme detail, searching for any potential meal spot that wasn't in the food court. He identified two potential spots for dinner: an off brand taco $hop, that's probably $hittier than Taco Bell, and a Shake Shack. Deciding either of these options would be better than the food court that was spilling with high schoolers and elderly people who smelled like cheese. After Kevin arrived, they trekked through the terminal to the shake shack and taco shop near their gate, ultimately finding both of them were still under construction. Knowing that the future was out of their control, they accepted their fate and approached the food court. They spent about 10 minutes, deciding whether to go to the pizza place, the burger spot, the Asian spot, or the Philly cheesesteak stand. While none of these options were ideal and all of them had lines of 15+ people. Anything would be better than the empty Dunkin', with workers literally shaking in anticipation of getting their first order past 1pm. Kevin, emotionally beaten to a pulp by the TSA, recalled the geopolitical complexity of banana republics. That's right. It's not just a clothing store, but a horrifying story of capitalism unchained. Back in the day when bananas were all the rage, fruit companies had an issue. These bananas were grown in Central America and would begin to rot after two weeks. Now at the time, like in the first half of the 1900s, shipping from Guatemala to a grocery store in Chicago was an arduous task that could barely be done on time and it was expensive. So what did companies like f-in DOLE do? They supported political candidates in the elections of these developing countries and once in office used them to slash worker wages and crest more predatory labor laws that would allow these companies to work the farmers even harder. Whenever there were protests, they were violently put down by government forces. That's right. DOLE. The company that makes the peach cups mom used to pack at preschool lunch was quelling protests with violence so the margins looked a little better to the investors on the earning call. I'm sure there are a dozen or so historical inaccuracies in there. Anyway, where were we? Ah, after like 12 minutes of deliberation, they decided to go for some cheese steaks. When they approached the kiosk, the employee told them they weren't taking anymore orders. Surprised, Justin goes "even for cheese steaks?" It was apparent they were using the cheese steak grills to cook the overflowing burger orders coming in from the next restaurant. They held their ground and said "No." After taking about 5 paces to the north west, the same employee yells back that we should come back and order like he didn't just tell us to eat somewhere else. Also the cheesesteaks were okay. No clue why the bread was whole grain.“
“Holy wow!! I stumbled upon this place by accident. I was at the kings plaza mall but wanted something that wasn't mall food. This was the shortest half block away! So close! But not only is the location close, it’s so very worth it!! I Had the smash burger, and let me tell you!!!! Every bite was juicingg! The flavor was all there. Forget shake shack and come by here! And the prices are very fair! Limited seating for now. But the more of jimmy’s (the super nice owner) business you support who knows what we’ll have in store. They also deliver, and have uber eats available ! Plus theres a location in the city as well!“
“I had Charlie’s before out of state so I was skeptical to try the Brooklyn location but I was impressed . I ordered a small thinking it was gonna be mid but this cheesesteak made my day from the first bite . I wish it was more saucy but it still was so good . I felt like I was missing ketchup but I still finshed the whole thing without it. Idk if it’s cuz I was hungry or what but I regret not getting the bigger size ? it’s good tho.“
“The food is good, the Atmosphere is a fast paced. Good customer service and get customers in and out with thier orders. I will be back to try other foods. I went there this past Sunday had the new black pepper corn Philly cheese steak sandwich and bacon ? cheese fries and watermelon lemonade“
“I have tried so many fast food restaurants, but I must say the service provided here was creditable. The staffs were nice, Specially I must say the General manager Tarek he is so friendly and very nice man .and the seating area was clean. Amazing food, tasted really fresh. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with cheese fries was amazing. I would definitely visit back more.“
“My kids and I have never had a bad meal here! The sausage breakfast sandwiches always taste consistently great and they are always very kind to us. This is the only place I will go when I need a taste of something Philly!Kid-friendliness: They greet me and my kids with kindness and often give us a toothpick of sausage to snack on!“
