I ordered from the Queens Mall Center Chick-fil-A in New York, and I was honestly very disappointed. The chicken I got had a lot of skin and fatty pieces — it was really disgusting and ruined my meal. This is not what I expect from Chick-fil-A, which is usually known for good quality food.
If I wanted to deal with that much skin, I wouldn’t have ordered from here. It’s unacceptable, and I’m definitely letting others know about this experience. I hope the management pays more attention to food quality and checks what’s being served to customers.

Server Natalie was giving attitude when i politely asked for my order since i had not received it for around 25 minutes and she snatched the receipt and rolled her eyes. I felt very disappointed.Just lost one loyal happy customer, will not be coming back.

I had the worst experience attending this Chick-fil-A location. During my experience i had the unfortunate situation of having to wait approximately 40min for my simple order of a kids meal, when i received my order it was cold and my ice cream included with my order had already begun to melt. I would not recommend this location if you are in a hurry or want the full chicken fil a experience. I would recommend everyone to attend chik fil a Northern blvd or CFA Jackson Heights. Workers could have been more empathetic instead had a snappy and sarcastic attitude.

This Chick-fil-a was such an experience. The food was amazing and Sonya is the sweetest lady ever!!! Her customer service is top notch and would love her to serve me again. She personally brought our food to us and refilled our drink. It was such a PLEASURE. Please give Sonya a raise.

Chick-fil-A located at Queens Center Mall is always extremely busy and honestly, it’s no surprise why. The food is consistently good, and despite the crowd, the service is solid. The employees work hard to keep the line moving and do their best to stay efficient and friendly, even when things get hectic.
That said, the line can get very long, especially during peak hours, and it’s important to note they also take orders from delivery apps like Uber Eats and DoorDash, which can slow things down a bit more than expected.
I highly recommend ordering ahead through the Chick-fil-A app if you’re in a rush—it saves a lot of time and helps you avoid the wait. Overall, great service, good food, just be prepared for the crowd or plan ahead!

A wonderful establishment that supports their local community. The owner was so generous to donate lunch to the students in our Tennis and Learning Community program for their Championship event. The catering package received was complete with Chicken Sandwiches, various sauces, juice, wet wipes. juice, and even mints. The students LOVED the food and will not stop talking about it. Excellent. 5 stars.
