The baristas are friendly and personable, providing great service and hospitality that impress customers. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it feel like a safe haven from the bustling city. The drinks are great, and the vibes are always great too. It has the BEST Bacon, egg, and cheese in the city! The food was delicious, like the avocado focaccia, and there was little to no wait. The service was amazing, very friendly, comforting and helpful. You walk in and immediately feel the good vibes from the decorations to the staff. Overall, Concept Coffee is a great spot to try something new and enjoy a good cup of coffee.
