I saw a review from @girlwithadoge about the spot and how the food was. Since I love Asian food and I had to try it out. The food never miss. Love the pork and dock.

When a place like this has roast ducks hanging in the window, especially in the heart of Flushing's Chinatown, you know it's going to be good.
However, I didn't expect how good this was going to be

After the initially confusing ordering process (you order with one person, pay with another, and pick up your order at a third person), I got my food - which was Three Meats over Rice - in my case I picked roast pork, crispy pork, and roast duck over rice

This was a pretty simple meal. It's just a bed of rice, with three types of meat over it, partitioned into sections. there's also a small amount of lettuce off to the side. It's not the type of dish that goes viral for any sort of aesthetic preparation or presentation. How good could it really be?
The answer is, absolutely incredible

The meats were all-time good. I could write for paragraphs about each of the three meats I got in detail, but for brevity I'll keep it shorter than that.
The roast duck was so juicy. When I've had duck in the past, it's tasted tough and gamey, but that was the absolute opposite here. It felt so fresh.
The roast pork was also exceptional - it had a exterior that took on a red color which gave a slightly-sweet, slightly-smoky flavor that was just perfect.
My absolute favorite, though, has to be the crispy pork. I noticed how crispy the skin was when I lightly touched the meat with my fork after opening the dish, but eating it was truly another level. It has to be the crispiest skin on meat I've ever had in my life. It's impossible to accurately describe how wonderful the skin on this pork was.

The rice was also so good - it was cooked to the perfect level, and not dry at all.
This dish spent over 30 minutes from when I picked it up to when I ate it, and didn't lose quality whatsoever.

If I had one minor complaint, it would be that it didn't come with sauce. I realized later you had to ask separately for a ginger scallion sauce, but it would be nice if it were included. This would give even the plain rice that much more flavor.

The portion size, for the money, might be the most incredible part of this dish. I think it's the most 'worth it' meal I've ever seen. For a total of $11, including a water bottle, you get this gargantuan plate of rice and meat. There's so much rice and meat here it could be two or three meals in a blink - and for less than the price of a Chipotle bowl, with even more expensive meats involved! It's such a low price for the amount of food you get it's unreal. This hits especially hard when you compare it to all the other food options around the US Open.

Overall, this is just ridiculously good food at an all-time value. 9.75/10

$21 for half Roast duck, they currently have the 20% discount with tax on all bbq items. They also have pre-prepared food with no discount and no tax. Go figure 🤔

I decided on the three choice over rice. It was a sampling of roast duck, soy sauce chicken, and roast pork. It was a mountain of rice that served as a bed for the meat and a sampling of cabbage hidden in the corner of a white colored take out plastic with a lid. You order at the door, you walk in to about 3 feet, pay the cashier a total of 11:32 which included the tax and a 20 percent discount. This is a quick eat take out establishment in Flushing, Chinatown. They spoke English.

This stall right off main street has one of the best roast meat platters that you can get! Walking by the stall, you can see all of their meats on display, looking fresh and juicy. I got the 3 meats platter here, which came with rice, cabbage, water, and your 3 choice of meats (I chose the classic chicken, duck, and pork). The portion was so generous for $10, and all of the meat was delicious. The cuts were thick, they were juicy, and so full of flavor. One of the best deals I've seen. Highly recommend.

I get my three meet combo from there average about once a week, it is still 20% off as of right now. They are located on the side street and it is located on a more shadier street.

A Cantonese-style roast meats platter and water for under $10 in Flushing! On my most recent visit, I got a platter of roast duck over rice + cabbage. The skin is crispy, and the meat is well-seasoned, tender, and lean, which is how duck’s supposed to be. It’s $10 on the menu, but if you pay in cash, you get a 20% discount (tax not included). That 20% discount goes for all the stuff on their menu.

Most people come to Corner 28 for their roast meats section and it’ll definitely fill you up. There's a wide selection of roast meats and you know it's legit when you see them all hanging on the window, fresh and glistening with a bright light behind it

Growing up, Corner 28 actually used to be located on the corner, just down the block. When I was younger I used to visit here quite often to get a filling meal of meats, vegetables, and carbs all in one platter for a very affordable price. They also used to give soup instead of a water bottle!

I ordered the pork and duck over rice. It was delicious and cheap. I got discount. It came with a water and portion is big. They were cheap with the garlic, ginger sauce. You need to ask for it.

Keepin it real out here in Flushing
Is it the bestest roast meat? no
But it's an establishment, also not really cause they had to move, but its old school, its been around, its consistent, its affordable, checks all the boxes you can expect from a roast meat place

Meat tastes good, and roast pork was decent (though a bit dry). However, they definitely skimped on the roast duck over rice - in the picture circled is the largest piece of duck meat I received, rest was even smaller pieces and all bone or fat. Seeing other reviews where they stole breast/leg meat from customers ordering half ducks, makes me wonder what they’re saving the meatier pieces for.

Park Gong

Watch out, when you order 1/2 roast duck. They sometimes keep the leg and some breast meat and cover it with other parts of the duck. We should report them to the Better Business Bureau!! Cheating their customers. Check your order before you leave. Shame on them!!
